管に貫通孔を設け、該貫通孔に、最高水位の上方
に開口して外気に通じる空気管を取付け、最低運
転水位以下で安定的に空気を流入して排水量を低
下させるようにし、上記貫通孔近くまで水位が低
下したとき羽根車入口に空気溜りが生じ排水を停
止して待機状態とすることにより、外的制御を行
なうことなく全速待機運転を可能にしたことを特
徴とする全速待機運転ポンプ。 2 小口径で没水が浅い立軸ポンプでは、羽根車
の入口側に設ける貫通孔を、吸込管の流速が遅く
なる流入口附近に設けたことを特徴とする請求項
