Claims (1)
- 各種センサを搭載した上側検出ヘツドと下側検
出ヘツドとをシート状物体を挾んで対向配置し、
これら検出ヘツドを前記シート状物体の幅方向に
往復走行させ前記シート状物体の各種物理量を測
定する装置において、前記上側検出ヘツドと下側
検出ヘツドとにこれら検出ヘツドの対向位置関係
のずれを検出する手段を設け、この検出手段の検
出出力に基づき前記検出ヘツドの駆動モータを停
止させるようにしたシート状物体測定装置。
