充満させるとともに、この非圧縮性流体によつて
充満された空間を区画する前記大径シリンダ孔部
の内周面に非圧縮性流体が流出入する流通口を開
口させ、しかもこの流通口の開口部を前記ストツ
パ部に突き当たつて停止した大径ピストン部の外
周面の下端部によつて遮蔽されるように位置させ
