ンズにおいて、 コンバータレンズを前記光軸上から退避させた
位置に保持する第１ロツク手段と、前記光軸上に
設定された一定の挿入位置にコンバータレンズを
位置決めする第２ロツク手段と、変倍レンズをコ
ンバータレンズの挿入位置を越えて前記所定位置
に向けて移動させたときに第１ロツク手段を解除
する第１解除手段と、変倍レンズを前記所定位置
から挿入位置に向けて移動させたときに第２ロツ
ク手段を解除する第２解除手段と、第２ロツク手
段が解除されたときにコンバータレンズを光軸上
から退避させる移動手段とを備えたことを特徴と
