開口を設け、該開口を介して内部空気を強制的に
排出する強制排気手段を設けたことを特徴とする
赤外線ヒータオーブン。 (2) 前記開口が被調理物をオーブン本体内の所
定の位置に保持する支持体のレベルより上位に形
成されている請求項１に記載の赤外線ヒータオー
ブン。 (3) 前記支持体が、オーブン本体の相対する側
壁に沿つて伸長し、相互に異なるレベルで配設さ
れた複数対の支持棚に着脱自在に装着されている
