を嵌着し、更に化粧パネル25を表面側に貼着し、前記

れら問題点の解決が課題とされるものであった。

れ且つ透明部材で形成すれたニスカッシロンと、このエ
スカッションの背面側に配置され前記突出部と光源とを
共に覆う筒状の遮光部と、前記エスカッションの表面側
の前記表示灯レンズ以外の全面を覆うように被覆された
遮光膜とで成ることを特徴とする車両用操作パネルを提
供することで、組立工程を簡素化して前記従来の課題を
解決するものである。

口部2aが従来例のものと同様に設けられるが、ここで

部材により表示灯部4の表示灯レンズ4aも同体に形成
されているものとされている。 第2図は前記表示灯部4を更に詳細に示すもので、前記
表示灯レンズ4aはニスカッシロン2の背面側に突出部
4bを持つように形成され、後端面に例えばプリズムカ
ッ)4cなどが施されて光を運転者の視界に対応するよ
うにされている。 ここで、前記突出部4bに付いて説明すれば、この突出
部4bの突出量はエスカッション2に対しては相対的な
ものであり、例えば前記エスカッション2に強度を要求
され肉厚に形成する必要のあるときには、前記突出部4
bの周囲に溝状のザグリを設けることで突出量を確保し
ても良いものである。 以上の説明のように形成された表示灯レンズ4aの突出
部4bには不透明部材で筒状に形成された遮光部5の一
方端が前記エスカッション2の背面に略接するように被
せられ、同じ遮光部5の他の一方端には電球あるいはL
EDなどの光源6が配設される。 また、前記エスカッション2の表面側は前記表示灯レン
ズ4aの部分を除いて、例えば不透明な塗料などを塗装
することで形成される遮光膜7で被覆されるものとなっ
ている。 尚、本発明を実施するにあたり前記表示灯部4の数、あ
るいは配置などは自在であることは云うまでもない。 
また、この操作パネル1が、例えば縦あるいは横方向に
長大なものであり、運転者が観視する際に夫々の表示灯
部4の確認に大きな角度差を生ずる時には、前記表示灯
レンズ4aの夫々には、それに応する指向性の調整が行
われることが望ましいが、本発明によりエスカッション
2と同体に形成されていることで、従来例のもののよう
に後組立の繁雑さを生ぜず、精度も高いものが容易に得
られるものとなる。

灯部を明確な境界を持つものとし、これによりエスカッ
ションと表示灯部との透明部材による同体での形成を可
能して、以て部品点数を低減し工数低減に優れた効果を
奏するものである。
