The present invention relates to polyamide resin compositions. Specifically, the present invention relates to a polyamide resin composition that has excellent flame retardancy and thermal stability during melt molding. As a flame-retardant polyamide resin composition, a polyamide resin composition consisting of a polyamide resin and melamine cyanurate is known (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1989-1999).
No. 31759). This polyamide resin composition is an extremely excellent resin composition that has sufficient flame retardancy and is free from problems such as plate-out and blooming. The present inventors have conducted repeated studies to further improve the thermal stability of a flame-retardant polyamide resin composition containing melamine cyanurate. Resin compositions with poor thermal stability may, for example, be melt-molded at relatively high temperatures, or the molten resin may remain in the molding machine for a relatively long time, resulting in poor thermal stability of the resulting molded product. It was observed that physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation and Izod impact strength were reduced. As a result of extensive research in view of the above points, the present inventors have found that when a specific compound is blended with melamine cyanurate into polyamide resin, thermal stability is significantly improved without impairing flame retardancy. They found that it is possible to do this and completed the present invention. That is, the present invention aims to provide a polyamide resin composition of great industrial value, and the gist thereof is to add melamine cyanurate and a compound of the general formula In the formula, R 1 to R 6 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and these may be the same or different. R 7 is a hydroxyl group, an amino group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an acyloxy group,
It represents an alkoxycarbonyl group, a substituted carbamoyloxy group, a substituted thiocarbamoyloxy group, a substituted sulfinyloxy group, or a substituted sulfonyloxy group. or general formula In the formula, R 1 to R 6 and R 9 to R 14 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, and these may be the same or different. R8 is an oxygen atom,
It represents a carbonate group, an aliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic diacyloxy group, dicarbamoyloxy group, bisthiocarbamoyloxy group, alkylenedioxy group or arylenedioxy group. This is a polyamide resin composition containing a piperidine derivative represented by the following: flame retardant and excellent in thermal stability during melt molding. The present invention will be explained in detail below. The polyamide resin used in the present invention includes ε
-Lactams such as caprolactam, polymers such as ε-amino acids such as aminocaproic acid, diamines such as hexamethylene diamine, nonamethylene diamine, metaxylylene, and adipic acid,
Sebacic acid, dodecane dibasic acid, terephthalic acid,
Examples include polymers obtained by polycondensing dicarboxylic acids such as isophthalic acid and cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, and polymers obtained by copolymerizing the above raw materials. Typical examples include nylon 6, 6.6, Examples include 6.10, 6T, 6/6.6, 6/6T, etc. The cyanuric acid melamine used in the present invention is an equimolar reaction product of cyanuric acid and melamine. For example, an aqueous solution of cyanuric acid and an aqueous solution of melamine are mixed and reacted at a temperature of about 90 to 100°C with stirring. ,
It can be obtained by filtering the generated precipitate. This product is a white solid and is used after being ground into a fine powder. Of course, commercially available products can be used as they are or after being crushed. Further, some of the amino groups or hydroxyl groups in melamine cyanurate may be substituted with other substituents. The amount of melamine cyanurate used is 3 to 20 parts by weight, preferably 5 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the polyamide resin.
~15 parts by weight. If the amount is too small, no flame retardant effect can be expected, and if it is too large, mechanical properties will be adversely affected, which is not preferable. As the piperidine derivatives represented by the general formulas [] and [], for example,

0.01 to 2 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight, preferably
It is 0.02 to 1 part by weight. If it is too small, the effect of improving thermal stability cannot be expected, and on the other hand, if it is too large, the flame retardance will be lowered, which is not preferable. The above-mentioned additives can be blended into the polyamide resin by various means at any stage immediately before producing the final molded product.
For example, a method of dry blending a polyamide resin and an additive, a method of melt-mixing and extruding the dry blend to form pellets, a method of preparing a master pellet into which a predetermined amount or more of an additive is kneaded, and making this into pellets for dilution. Examples include a method of blending with additives, and a method of adding additives in the molding machine that produces the final molded product. Alternatively, the piperidine derivative may be mixed with melamine cyanurate in advance, and this may be added to the polyamide resin. The compositions of the present invention also include reinforcing agents such as glass fibers and carbon fibers, clay, silica, alumina,
Fillers such as silica alumina, silica magnesia, glass beads, asbestos, graphite, and gypsum; lubricants such as paraffins, fatty acid esters, fatty acid metal salts, and bisamides; heat resistance improvers such as copper salts; Other known additives may also be used in combination. The polyamide resin composition of the present invention can be made into various flame-retardant molded products by various molding methods such as injection, extrusion, blowing, and compression. When molding is carried out at high temperatures, when large-sized molded products are produced and the time required for residence in the molding machine and cooling of the molded product is long, or when molding requires high temperatures and long periods of time, Since molded products with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained, the industrial value is extremely large. EXAMPLES The present invention will be specifically explained below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples unless it exceeds the gist thereof. In addition, "parts" in the examples indicate "parts by weight." In addition, the flammability is UL-94 (Underwriter's
Laboratries, Inc.) standard vertical combustion test results, tensile strength and elongation rate are ASTM D638,
Izod impact strength shows the results measured according to ASTM D256. Examples 1 to 2 and Comparative Example 1 Nylon 6.6 with a relative viscosity of 2.8 (manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation,
100 parts of Leona 1300S), 8 parts of melamine cyanurate (manufactured by Nippon Carbide Co., Ltd.) in the amount shown in Table 1 below, and the piperidine derivative shown in Table 1 below were mixed, and the mixture was heated at 275°C using a 40 mmφ vented extruder. The mixture was kneaded and extruded into pellets. The pellets were molded using a 3-ounce injection molding machine (manufactured by Japan Steel Works, Ltd.), a 5" x 1/2" x 1/16" combustion test piece, and a test piece mold specified by ASTM. Injection molding was carried out under two conditions: resin temperature 280℃, mold temperature 80℃, injection time 10 seconds, cooling time 40 seconds, and injection time 10 seconds, cooling time 170 seconds. The flammability, tensile strength, elongation and Izod impact strength of the obtained test pieces were as shown in Table 1 below. For comparison, the results when no piperidine derivative was used are also shown.
