Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 矩形板状をした圧電基板の表裏両面にそれ
ぞれ対向させて振動電極を形成されたエネルギー
閉じ込め形厚み滑り振動モードを用いた圧電共振
子であつて、前記振動電極の外周縁が前記圧電基
板の端縁に接しないようにすると共にこの振動電
極の外周縁と圧電基板の端縁との距離が振動電極
の外周縁に沿つて不均一となるようにしたことを
特徴とする圧電共振子。 (2) 前記振動電極を円形としたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電共振
子。 (3) 前記振動電極を楕円形としたことを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電共
振子。
