Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空中に搬入された試料を荷電粒子線によつて
    加工あるいは測定する装置の試料交換機能にして
    、常時真空排気される試料室と、該試料室との間
    で試料を保持したパレツトを交換したり、あるい
    は外部ステーシヨンとの間で試料を交換したりす
    るために、前記試料室との間及び外部大気との間
    に開閉ゲートを有して真空排気、大気圧戻しを繰
    返し制御される交換室とから成る試料交換装置に
    於いて、前記交換室には少くとも上下２連のパレ
    ツト保持用ケージと、該ケージを前記パレツト及
    び試料の交換位置に昇降駆動するためのエレベー
    タ機構を有し、前記試料室との間でパレツトを交
    換したのちにケージが試料交換位置に移動し、大
    気圧に戻つたのちにゲートを開いてパレツト上の
    試料を交換するように構成したことを特徴とする
    試料交換装置。
