In a recording head used for energization recording in which a current is passed through contact with an energized heat-generating ink sheet having at least a resistance layer and an ink layer, the resistance layer generates heat and the ink layer is transferred to a recording medium to obtain a record. 1. A recording head having recording electrodes arranged on top thereof, and the recording electrodes themselves being made of a material having a resistance value that allows them to act as a resistor.
