Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、パチンコ球に研磨材を混合し、こ
の混合物を揚送パイプ内に導入して該パイプ内に
設けた螺旋体の回転によつてパチンコ球を揚送し
ながら清浄するパチンコ球に揚送装置に関するも
のである。

パチンコ球を研磨材とともに揚送しながら清浄
する装置としては、例えば特公昭55−4546号公報
に記載のものや、本願出願人が先に出願した特開
昭57−131468号などがある。ところが従来の揚送
装置は、パチンコ球だけが揚送パイプ内に導入さ
れ易く、研磨材が導入されにくい傾向があり、パ
チンコ球と研磨材との混合比を適切にすることが
困難である。このため従来はパチンコ球の揚送能
力が充分であつても清浄能力が不足するので、十
分に清浄されないパチンコ球が各パチンコ機に賞
球用として補給されるという欠点があつた。本願
出願人は、このような欠点を解消するパチンコ球
の揚送装置として、既にパチンコ球と研磨材とを
混合する混合槽の本体内に下面開放状の筒体を上
方から臨ませ、該筒体内から揚送パイプを起立さ
せ、該揚送パイプ内には駆動源により回動する螺
旋体を挿入し、揚送パイプの外面と筒体の内面と
によつて形成される間隙に研磨材樋の供給口を連
通し、上記混合槽の本体にパチンコ球樋の流出口
を接続して成るパチンコ球の揚送装置を提案して
いる(特願昭56−137805号)。ところがこの装置
は、その後の研究および実験によりパチンコ球樋
から流下するパチンコ球の数が少ない場合には貯
留槽内に溜まつた研磨材のレベルが上昇し、時に
はこの研磨材が貯留槽内で固まつてしまうことが
判明した。研磨材のレベルが上昇したり、固まつ
てしまうと、パチンコ球樋から流下したパチンコ
球が研磨材に邪魔されて揚送パイプ内に流入し難
くなり、パチンコ球を能率良く揚送することがで
きない。
