As is well known, various types of furnaces and molten metal containers used in the steel industry and the like are used to extend their service life by repairing the refractory linings that have worn out over a long period of time or after repeated use. At that time, many continuous wet spraying machines are used in construction in which monolithic refractories are ejected from a spray nozzle and adhered to inner walls.

The conventional continuous type wet spraying machine is constructed as described above, and the material for spraying is put into the material hopper 1 and the motors 3 and 9 are rotated, whereby the material is sprayed by the rotation of the screw 2. It is transferred to the right in the figure, thrown into the kneading section 7, and sent downward by the vertical screw 8. Next, the material is kneaded with water in the lower part of the kneading section 7, and is fed under pressure to a transportation hose 13 by a pressure pump 12, so that the spray material is continuously sprayed from a spray nozzle 15 at the tip.

In the conventional wet spraying machine as described above, the material hopper needs to be sloped in order for the material to slide down toward the screw below, so the lower part is narrow and the hopper capacity is reduced. For this reason, there was a problem in that once the material in the hopper ran out, the construction work had to be temporarily interrupted and additional material had to be added.

Furthermore, since the lower part is narrow, the bridging phenomenon of the material is likely to occur, making it impossible to constantly supply the material to the kneading section 7, and thus causing pulsating flow or breathing phenomena during the pressure feeding of the sprayed material. There was a problem in that the bridge material had to be dropped and restarted each time, hindering good continuous construction.

Of course, in order to increase the base of the material hopper, the screw can be made larger, but this type of compact spraying machine has problems in terms of structure and strength.

Furthermore, it is structurally difficult to make the opening 17 to the kneading section high, so the transferred material cannot pass through the opening and is pressed against the wall of the hopper, where it is pushed upward and unevenly distributed. There was a problem with overflow from the hopper.

This invention was made in order to solve these problems, and to obtain a continuous wet spraying machine that can increase the hopper capacity and prevent the occurrence of bridging and overflow while keeping the equipment height as low as before. With the goal.

The wet spraying machine according to this invention has a structure in which two screws are installed laterally in parallel at the bottom of the material hopper, and a driving motor is attached to each of these two screws, so that the screws rotate in opposite directions or in the same direction. That is.

In this invention, by providing two horizontally parallel screws, the bottom of the material hopper becomes wider, so the hopper capacity becomes larger.

Furthermore, by rotating the two screws in opposite directions, a large amount of material within the hopper is constantly circulated and maintained in a flat state. Furthermore, when the amount of material in the hopper becomes small, rotating the two screws in the same direction will completely transport the material in the hopper to the kneading section.

Figures 1 to 5 show an embodiment of this invention, with Figure 1 being a longitudinal sectional view, and Figures 2 to 4 being AA, BB, and C--in Figure 1, respectively. The C arrow view and FIG. 5 are plan views, and numerals 7 to 17 are completely the same as the above-mentioned conventional device.

Reference numeral 1a is a material hopper whose bottom capacity is expanded as shown in FIG. 3 by providing two screws laterally in parallel at the bottom, and its height is the same as the conventional one. Screws 2a and 2b are arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction, and in this embodiment, ribbon type screws are used as in the prior art, and driving motors 3a and 3b are connected to each screw.

In the continuous wet spraying machine configured as described above, even though the height of the material hopper is the same as that of the conventional one, the internal capacity is increased by approximately 50%. Further, since each of the two screws is connected to a motor via a sprocket and a chain, each rotates independently, and both rotate in opposite directions or in the same direction by a controller (not shown).

In other words, by increasing the capacity of the material hopper, the number of times material is fed during construction is reduced, and even if there is a large amount of material in the hopper, rotating the two screws in the opposite direction will prevent the material from exiting to the kneading section. Even if the material stagnates in the hopper or the feed rate of the transport pump decreases, the remaining material in the hopper circulates appropriately and maintains a flat state, so the material is pushed upwards and overflows as in the case of a single screw. There's nothing to do.

また、ホツパー内の材料が少くなり1本のスク

In addition, even if there is less material in the hopper and the amount of material cut out with one screw is insufficient, two screws can be used.
If the book screws are rotated in the same direction, the material will be cut out under optimal conditions without reducing the amount of feed.

As explained above, this idea has two screws.
With this simple structure in which each material hopper is rotated independently, the capacity of the material hopper has been increased, reducing the number of times materials must be input during construction.Furthermore, by expanding the lower part of the material hopper, the bridge inside the material hopper can be It is effective in preventing occurrence.

Further, by rotating the two screws in opposite directions, overflow can be prevented, and the material in the hopper can be appropriately transported to the kneading section by rotating in the same direction.

Therefore, the supply of the sprayed material to the kneading section is continuous and stable, and as a result, appropriate and high-quality construction can be carried out continuously.
