Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance workability and simplify a structure and the like by disposing a skin material on a given spot of a top or a bottom force, feeding molten resin from one side of the skin material into a mold, pressing the skin material between the molds with the resin pressure and fixing the position. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 2 is disposed in a manner to simply mount the same in compliance with a fitting channel outer periphery as the given spot of a bottom force 1. Then, a top force 3 is lowered, and when the same and the bottom force 1 form a given interval, the top force 3 is stopped, and molten thermoplastic resin 5 such as olefin resin, ABS resin or the like is fed in from a molten resin feeding molding machine 4 provided on the side of the bottom force 1 through a hot runner 6. The skin material 2 is pressed to the top force 3 from the rear side as one side of the skin material 2, positioned and fixed. After the completion of injection of given volume of molten resin 5 or before the completion of injection, the top force 3 is lowered and the molten resin 5 is press molded.

沿ってその端部を立ち上がらせ、上記隔壁の頂部で係止
して位置決めするか、あるいは、真空引きによる吸着保
持にて位置決めしている。

ス成形を施すようにして、作業性の向上、構造の簡略化
等を図った表皮材付成形体の製造方法を提供することに
ある。
