Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the mounting and connection by causing respective terminals of a plurality of coils which are molded integrally with a polymer material having a mixture of a magnetic powder to externally project the molding.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of coils 11 to 13 are integrally molded using a polymer material 2 having a mixture of a magnetic powder and respective terminals 1a1 to 1a3, 1b1 to 1b3 of the respective coils 11 to 13 are caused to externally project the molding. The coil molding 2 which is integrally formed performs three functions such as a bobbin and a core with respect to the coils and a magnetic shield with respect to the external surroundings. Further, the injection molding method with the polymer powder allows an easy molding into a small and complicated structure. Accordingly, a coil part adapted to an electronic circuit device to be used can easily be mounted and connected, thereby reducing the processing steps.
