Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively carry out the collection of wires and increase the housing capacity of a wire collecting box while reduce the number of replacing times thereof by making a drum having a bottom portion and an open top rotatable and vertically swingable. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical drum 8 having a bottom face 10 and an open top is provided in a wire collecting box 3 and used wires are collected in the drum 8. A shaft inserting hole 11 is provided on the bottom face 10 of the drum 8, which is vertically movably rotated by means of a driving shaft 16 provided on an outer case 7.
