Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Such recessed part 33 is formed on a flexible printed circuit board 3, in which plural conductors 4 insulated from one another are embedded, that a board 32 on one side can bite into a board 32 on the other side. Therefore, conductors 4 are arranged to by-pass the recessed part 33. This board 3 is formed into a loop and is close wound around a C type ferrite core 1, and thereafter, an I type ferrite core 2 is combined with the core 1 to assemble the line filter.

従来、ラインフィルタは、例えば第1図に示す如く、環
状のコア4に導線5を巻き付けているため、h回路分ラ
インフィルタが必要であるときは、第2図に示す如< 
、b(h=a、b、c、・・・・・・)個分のラインフ
ィルタを組み立てなければならないという欠点及びプリ
ント基板等に実装する時の面積を多く取るという欠点が
ある。すなわちこの場合、製造においては、導線を1本
ずつ各々巻回作業するため作業が繁雑となり時間を要し
、また基板等への実装の際も導線の引き出しピッチが不
等になりやすいために、処理が繁雑となり煩わしいとい
う欠点がある。
