Abstract

PURPOSE: To have no turbulence even when a monitor video is switched by providing plural detecting means for detecting a synchronizing signal so as to pickup an image by the synchronizing signal from a transmission path from a pre-station respectively by a television camera.
CONSTITUTION: The circuits 15A, 15B, 15C for detecting the synchronizing signal such as the vertical synchronizing signal of the video signal are disposed immediately before the change over switches 13A, 13B, 13C of the transmission path of the station of the prestep to serially connect between the respective stations by the transmission paths 140, 14A, 14B, 14C. Video cameras 11A, 11B, 11C respectively synchronize with a frame by the synchronizing signals from synchronizing signal detecting circuits 15A, 15B, 15C to pickup the image. Therefore, the respective video signals reaching a monitor television 16 are synchronized, accordingly, even when the change over switches 13A, 13B, 13C are switched, the video displayed on the monitor television 16 is not disturbed.
