Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce in size a power conversion transformer by forming two half-wave rectifiers at each phase of the secondary side rectifier of the power conversion transformer.
CONSTITUTION: In a power source circuit, three sets 11-16 of two switching transistors of MOSFET connected in series are connected in parallel, and an input power Vi is applied from the rectifier or the like to both ends of capacitors 17 connected in parallel therewith. A control signal 24 is applied to the gates 18-23 of the FETS 11-16 thereby to switch ON, OFF the input power Vi and to apply it to the primary windings 34, 36, 38 of first-third power conversion transformers 33, 35, 37. Input voltages converted to high frequency by the sets 11-16 of the FETs have different phases of 120° and are applied to the windings 34, 36, 38. Further, the secondary side is composed of two half- wave rectifiers, and formed in a choke input type.
