Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance weatherability, scratch resistance and chemical resistance, by laminating an acrylic polymer layer to the surface of the printed layer of a thermoplastic resin layer and laminating a vinylidene fluoride resin to the acrylic polymer layer to form a laminate.
CONSTITUTION: An acrylic resin layer is laminated to the surface of the printed layer of a thermoplastic resin layer to which printing is applied and a vinylidene fluoride resin layer is further laminated to the acrylic resin layer to form a laminate. As a separate method, a composition being one containing 20W90wt.% of a vinylidene fluoride resin and 80W10wt.% of an acrylic resin and containing 10wt.% or more of ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic ester is laminated to the printed layer of the aforementioned thermoplastic resin layer to form the laminate. An injection or extrusion molding method is adapted to the thermoplastic resin layer of the aforementioned laminate to laminate a thermoplastic resin sheet or molded product to obtain a laminated product.
