Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the product accuracy of a gear and a member being similar thereto by forming a tooth form by a volume dividing process for obtaining a material required for a tooth top pat, and a sizing process in which there is scarcely excess metal and a forming shape is satisfactory.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical slag 1 is formed to a semi-finished part 2 by a volume dividing process.
