Abstract

〈発明が解決しようとする問題点〉 コンクリート製品の多様化に伴なって型枠を台車に載置
してコンクリートの打設、養生、脱型、清掃、型組、剥
離剤の塗布、鉄筋挿入などの各工程を連続して行う量産
工場では、これまでの製品に加えて種類や形状の異なる
製品が増えている。

となって製品に破損を生じたり逆に剥離剤が多量に塗布
されて振動時に底面に溜まりその結果コンクリート製品
が黒ずんで商品価値が著しく損こなわれるなどの問題が
発生している。

〈問題点を解決するだめの手段〉 そこで本発明は移動台車に載置されて順次送られてくる

判別した囲み枠内の型枠種類に対応して剥離剤の噴射口
の高さ、巾などの塗布位置を自動的に事前に調節して噴
射口やノズルを型枠に対応して移動させ、少量の剥離剤
で効率的な塗布を行うのである。

れている昇降囲い枠5が降下すると走行レール3の両側
の噴霧装置フレーム4にも固定囲い枠7が取付けられて
いるので移動台車上の型枠は四方を囲い枠で覆われたこ
とになる。

送り出し次の移動台車が来たら昇降囲い枠を下降させて
周囲を覆い前述の塗布作業を繰返すのである。
