Abstract

PURPOSE: To relieve the load on the design of a wiring region by arranging an input terminal and an output terminal optionally to each side of a programmable logic element laid out in a polygonal shape, and freely deciding the position of input/output signals.

The means 3 selects some signal sets from the 12 signal lines a∼l, e.g., 7 sets, selects outputs of the storage element 31, and realizes the combined logic functions in total 7.
