Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the rotation of a lever and an error breaking owing to a dropping substance and the like by providing a slope to separate the lever from the circuit breaker main body gradually as the lever comes from the rotary end to the base side, as the rotary end approaches the breaker main body. CONSTITUTION:A lever 3 has a projection formed in about L-shape in silhouette, its rotary end 3a is approached to an installing plate 1 making the interval (t) with the plate 1 small enough, and moreover, a slope 3c is formed to separate from a circuit breaker main body 2 gradually as the lever 3 comes from the rotary end 3a to the base 3b side. On condition that the power supply is turned on, a force inflicted from the rotary end 3a side of the circuit switching lever 3 by a part of the operator's body, a dropping substance, or the like, is dispersed in the direction along the slope 3c and the direction to the rotary shaft. Consequently, the lever 3 is rotated with difficulty, and an error breaking is hardly made even though a guide arm is not used.

[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a circuit breaker, and particularly relates to the shape of a lever for opening and closing an electrical circuit.
The end of the lever (simply referred to as "lever") projects from the operation surface of the circuit breaker body, and is rotatably attached to the circuit breaker body. Additionally, this lever extends approximately -
It is formed in a straight line, and when the power is turned on, the part that protrudes from the operating surface of the circuit breaker body is installed so that when the lever is rotated, it makes an acute angle with the operating surface on the adjacent side. A circuit breaker equipped with this type of lever is installed on a power distribution board or distribution board, etc., and when installed so that the operating surface is parallel to the vertical direction, the lever usually points diagonally upward when the power is turned on. installed on. - [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the circuit breaker configured in this way, the lever formed in a substantially straight line projects diagonally from the operation surface of the circuit breaker main body when the power is turned on. This makes it easy for the operator's sleeve or other body part to get caught on the lever and cause the lever to rotate, especially if the lever is installed so that it points diagonally upward when the power is on. If a worker accidentally drops a tool, etc. above this circuit breaker, or if an item placed above this circuit breaker falls due to unstable placement, etc. However, there was a problem in that the lever was rotated by these falling objects and was likely to be erroneously shut off. Further, in order to prevent erroneous shutoff, it is necessary to attach guard arms having a protrusion dimension larger than the protrusion dimension of the lever on both sides of the circuit breaker body. [Means for Solving the Problems] In the circuit breaker according to the present invention, the rotating end approaches the circuit breaker main body when the power is turned on, and gradually separates from the circuit breaker main body from the rotating end toward the base. The electric circuit is equipped with a lever for opening and closing the electrical circuit, which has a sloped part. [Function] When the power is on, the force applied from the rotating end side of the circuit opening/closing lever by a part of the operator's body or a falling object is applied in the direction along the slope of the circuit opening/closing lever, and It is distributed in the direction toward the rotation axis. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, the configuration and the like will be explained in detail with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing a state in which a circuit breaker equipped with a lever for opening and closing electric circuits according to the present invention is installed on a power distribution board, etc. 1. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a board for mounting the switchboard panel, and 2 indicates a circuit breaker body, which is fixed to the mounting plate 1 with bolts (not shown) or the like. 3 is an electric line provided in the circuit breaker body 2;

As explained above, according to the present invention, the rotating end portion approaches the circuit breaker main body when the power is turned on, and the electrical circuit has an inclined portion that gradually separates from the circuit breaker main body as it moves from the rotating end toward the base. Since it is equipped with an opening/closing lever, when the power is on, any part of the operator's body or a fallen object will not be caught by the electric circuit opening/closing lever and will not come into contact with the slope. The force applied from the rotating end side is distributed in the direction along the slope of the circuit opening/closing lever and in the direction toward the rotation axis, so it is parallel to the direction of rotation of the circuit opening/closing lever. Since the force component is small, the electric circuit opening/closing lever becomes difficult to rotate. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a circuit breaker that is unlikely to be accidentally shut off without using a guide arm.
