Abstract

PURPOSE:To continuously dehydrate and discharge a material to be dehydrated such as green leaves of tea quantitatively introduced into a dehydration tank without stagnation therein by forming the dehydration tank into a truncated cone shape and forming at least the side face of the dehydration tank into a plex body. CONSTITUTION:In the case of rotating a shaft 9 with a motor 12 via a belt 11, both frame body 13 and dehydration tank 15 are rotated. In this state, when a material 20 to be dehydrated such as green leaves of tea after washing is quantitatively introduced from an introduction port 18 provided to the central part of a cover 17, the material 20 to be treated reaches the bottom part of the tank. It is successively moved upward along the inner side face of the tank with centrifugal force generated by the rotational motion of the dehydration tank 15 and water stuck on the material 20 to be dehydrated is scattered into the frame body 13 through the plex body 16 forming the side face of the tank 15 in the process of this movement and drawn out to a bulkhead tank 4 through small holes 14 of the frame body 13. On the other hand, dehydrated material 21 successively reaches the upper edge of the tank 15 and falls to a passage 5 and is introduced into a discharge port 19 according to an air flow generated by the rotation of the frame body 13.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in a dehydrator with such a structure, fresh tea leaves, etc. located outside the dehydration tank become an obstacle, making it difficult to dehydrate the fresh tea leaves, etc. located inside the dehydration tank. The disadvantage is that this is not done enough. In addition, fresh tea leaves, etc. adhere to the side wall of the dehydration tank and block the small holes provided on the side of the dehydration tank, so there is also a drawback that the fresh tea leaves, etc. are not sufficiently dehydrated. Furthermore, as a result of these methods, fresh tea leaves and the like must be kept in a dehydration tank for a long time in order to achieve the purpose of dehydration, resulting in a disadvantage that the taste of the tea leaves deteriorates. In addition, if the fresh tea leaves etc. are packed unevenly into the dehydration tank, the dehydration tank will become eccentric and the rotation of the dehydration tank will not be smooth. Furthermore, with conventional dehydrators, firstly, fresh tea leaves, etc. are put into the dehydrating tank of the stopped dehydrator, then the dehydrator is operated to dehydrate them, and after the dehydrator is dehydrated, the dehydrator is stopped and the fresh tea leaves, etc. It has the disadvantage of being very inefficient since it requires a process of taking it out of the dehydration tank.

(Objective of the present invention) In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides that, if washed fresh tea leaves, etc. are quantitatively introduced into a dehydration tank, dehydration can be performed in the order in which they are introduced, and the tea leaves can be dehydrated. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dehydrator capable of sequentially taking out fresh leaves and the like from a dehydrating tank without accumulating them in the dehydrating tank.

The center of a circular support plate 10 is fixed perpendicularly to the shaft body 9 at one end of the rotating shaft 9 existing in the partition wall tank 4, and the other end is arranged to be interlocked with a motor 12 via a belt 1). . A cylindrical frame 13 having an open upper end is fixed to the upper surface of the support plate 10. A large number of small holes 14 are provided on the side surface of the frame 13 for scattering dehydrated water into the partition wall tank 4, and the upper peripheral edge of the frame 13 is bent outward at right angles. Note that the position of the upper end of the frame 13 is set higher than the position of the passage 5. A dewatering tank 15 having a substantially truncated conical shape is provided in the frame 13, and its upper periphery is fixed, and the side surface of the dehydrating tank 15 is attached to a mesh 14 mesh rod 16.

When the frame 13 rotates, the dehydration tank 15 fixed to the frame 13 rotates. With the dehydration tank 15 rotated,
When the object 20 to be dehydrated, such as washed fresh tea leaves, is quantitatively charged through the input port 18 opened in the center of the lid 17, the object 20 to be dehydrated reaches the bottom surface of the dehydration tank 15. The object 20 to be dehydrated that has reached the bottom of the dehydration tank 15 is
Due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotational movement of the dehydrating tank 15, the dehydrating tank 15 sequentially moves upward along the inner surface of the dehydrating tank 15. During this movement, the moisture adhering to the object 20 to be dehydrated is dehydrated by centrifugal force, and the dehydrated moisture is scattered into the frame 13 through the net 16 forming the side surface of the dehydration tank 15. Furthermore, the water scattered within the frame 13 passes through a large number of small holes 14 provided on the side surface of the frame 13 and escapes into the partition wall tank 4. Water accumulated in the partition wall tank 4 is discharged to the outside through a drain port 19 provided at the bottom thereof. On the other hand, fresh tea leaves, etc. 21 in a dehydrated state have reached the upper edge along the inner surface of the dehydration tank 15.
falls into a passage 5 provided in the inner wall of the partition tank 4. Here, an air flow is generated in the passage 5 due to the rotation of the frame 13, and as a result, the dehydrated fresh tea leaves 21 on the passage 5 are transferred in the circumferential direction, and the tangent line of the passage 5 is transferred. It is discharged to the outside from the discharge port 19 extending in the direction.

In this embodiment, the frame 13 is surrounded by a partition tank 4, and dehydrated fresh tea leaves 21 are taken out through a passage 5 and an outlet 6 provided in the partition tank. It is not necessary to do this, and it is sufficient to simply provide a screen surrounding the frame 13 and collect the dehydrated fresh tea leaves 21 against the screen.

As a result, fresh tea leaves, etc. do not accumulate in the dehydration tank, so the side walls of the dehydration tank are not blocked by fresh tea leaves, etc., which prevents the dehydration of fresh tea leaves, etc. This has an excellent effect in that the dehydrator does not become eccentric due to imbalance of raw tea leaves, etc. Further, since it is not necessary to leave the fresh tea leaves etc. in the dehydration tank for a long time, there is an excellent effect that the taste of the fresh tea leaves etc. does not deteriorate. Furthermore, there is no need to stop the dehydrator every time (
As long as the fresh tea leaves, etc. are put into the dehydrating tank while the dehydrator is in operation, the dehydrated fresh tea leaves, etc. can be continuously discharged, so it has an excellent effect of being very efficient.
