Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of workers and to improve work efficiency by centralized control in one place by connecting a portable control panel with a load and prestressing tendon elongation display device built therein, to a hydraulic pump for driving a prestressing tendon tensing hydraulic jack.
CONSTITUTION: A portable control panel 7 with a load and prestressing tendon elongation indicator 9 built therein is connected by a cable 8 to a hydraulic pump unit 4 for driving a prestressing tendon tensing hydraulic jack 1 mounted with an elongation meter for prestressing tendon 2 and a jack pressure measuring sensor 5. The hydraulic pump unit 4 is not directly operated by a worker but remote-operated in a position away from the hydraulic pump unit 4, and the hydraulic jack 1 can be accurately operated while observing the operating state of the hydraulic jack 1 with the indicator 9.
