Abstract

PURPOSE: To distribute cooling fluid by an even flow by providing an entrance chamber in which an entrance opening is connected and cooling fluid flows within free space via some throttle parts between the entrance opening and free space.
CONSTITUTION: Between an entrance opening 4 and free space 5 parallel to a distribution panel 6, an entrance chamber 7 is provided. Cooling fluid such as air flows into free space 5 by an equal capacity flow via some throttle parts 8 such as the nozzle of a sheet metal orifice plate 9. By this entrance chamber 7, a flow which is uniform to a certain degree to orthogonally cross the flow direction of main cooling fluid passing the distribution panel 6 can be obtained, regardless of the speed of the flow of cooling fluid at the entrance opening 4 in free space 5 on the distribution panel 6 above a battery 2 or under the distribution panel 6 under the battery 2 in other deformations, and cooling fluid can be evenly distributed.
