Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a variation of a hot water temperature caused by a variation of a flow rate by a method wherein an off set temperature is increased or corrected only by a specified amount in case that a detected temperature of a hot water temperature within a bath tub is less than an off set temperature of a burner. CONSTITUTION:An on-off temperature of a hot water feeding burner 9 is dropped until a water level of a bath tub 1 reaches a predetermined value, it is set lower than a bath set temperature according to a shift temperature and a hysteresis temperature during dropped state. When the water level reaches a predetermined value, a circulation pump 4 is energized and a hot water temperature in a bath tub 1 is detected by a bath temperature sensor 6. In case that this detected temperature is higher than a predetermined temperature, the burner 9 is turned off and only when the detected temperature is less than an off predetermined temperature of the burner 9, it is controlled by a controller 14 in order to correct the off set temperature. With this arrangement, during hot water feeding for the bath, the hot water is also fed to a kitchen and then the dropped hot water temperature can be kept substantially at a bath hot water set temperature even for the variation of flow rate of the hot water caused by a simultaneous use in the bath and kitchen.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> In addition to the normal hot water supply function for supplying general hot water to the kitchen and other places, the present invention can also change the temperature setting of the water heater to the temperature for supplying hot water to the bathtub. This invention relates to a water heater with a bath hot water supply function that can automatically switch settings and supply hot water.

<Prior art> In this type of water heater, the hot water temperature is adjusted to the set temperature by controlling the hot water supply side burner of the water heater on and off according to the on set temperature and off set temperature, and hot water is supplied to the bathtub in a drop-in method. There is something. In this hot water supply device, the dropping shift temperature T1 and the hysteresis temperature T□1 at the time of dropping are set according to the bath side temperature control set temperature T□, and then the off set temperature T of the hot water supply side burner is set. , F to Trs T, set temperature T. T for N. The temperature of the dropping water is controlled as FF TH.

The reason for setting the temperature in this way is that this type of water heater is generally of a semi-storage type, so hot water of about 80°C may remain in the hot water tank before it is poured into the tank. This is because if you do this, hot water may enter the bathtub, which is dangerous. In addition, due to the differences in the characteristics of the bath-side temperature sensor and the hot water supply-side temperature sensor, which mainly use thermistors, and the variations in the characteristics of the heat exchanger, the water temperature is shifted to a lower side and lowered to ensure safety. We are trying to

<Problem to be solved by the invention> However, if hot water is being poured into the bathtub and a water heater is used at the same time in the kitchen etc., the heat exchange efficiency changes as the amount of water changes, and as a result, the hot water poured into the bathtub becomes hot. If the side temperature control temperature becomes considerably lower than the set temperature, and the subsequent reheating time with the bath side burner becomes longer, or if water retention begins during bathing, the bathtub temperature will temporarily drop, causing extreme discomfort. I end up giving.

<Purpose> The present invention solves these drawbacks of the conventional technology, and even when hot water is supplied to the kitchen etc. while bath water is being supplied, the water temperature is maintained at almost the bath side temperature even when the flow rate of hot water fluctuates due to simultaneous use. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot water supply device with a bath hot water supply function that can maintain the temperature at a preset temperature.

Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has the following technical means for achieving the above-mentioned objects. In other words, in addition to the normal hot water supply function for the kitchen, etc., hot water can also be supplied to the bathtub, and the hot water supply side burner, which is controlled on and off, adjusts the temperature of the hot water to a preset temperature on the bath side. This is a water heater with a bath water supply function that automatically supplies hot water until the water level in the bathtub reaches a predetermined value.
The on/off temperature of the burner on the hot water supply side is set lower than the set temperature on the bath side according to the drop shift temperature and the hysteresis temperature at the time of drop, and when the water level reaches a predetermined value, the circulation pump is started to switch the temperature on the bath side. A temperature sensor detects the water temperature in the bathtub, turns off the burner when the detected temperature is higher than the set temperature, and turns off the set off temperature only when the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature for turning off the burner. It is characterized by being configured to be controlled by a controller to correct the temperature increase by a constant value.

Effect〉 Due to the above configuration, at the initial stage of drop-in,
Since the set temperature on the bath side is set low by the dropping shift temperature, it never exceeds a certain temperature corresponding to the capacity of the hot water storage tank, etc. When the water level in the bathtub reaches a predetermined level at which the circulation pump can be turned on, the circulation pump is activated, so that the temperature difference in the water being kept is almost eliminated. Also, at the same time as the circulation pump is started, the temperature sensor on the bath side detects the water temperature in the bathtub, and if this detected temperature is below the off set temperature of the hot water supply side burner, this off set temperature is increased by a certain value. Therefore, even if the flow rate fluctuates due to simultaneous use of a water heater in the kitchen or the like during pouring, the temperature of the poured hot water can be adjusted so as not to make a large difference from the set temperature.

Next, explaining bath hot water supply, when both the hot water supply switch and the automatic switch of the remote controller 15 are turned on, a YES determination is made in flow (B), and the process advances to flow (C). That is, the bath side temperature control set temperature trs is manually inputted to the controller 14 from the bath side temperature control setting device of the remote control 15, and the detected temperature QT□ of the hot water supply side temperature sensor 13 is also inputted to the controller 14, and the controller 14 sets the drop valve. 10 is turned on and the dropping operation is started. <Effects> Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, the hot water supply device with bath hot water supply function of the present invention turns off when the detected temperature of water in the bathtub is equal to or lower than the set temperature for turning off the burner. Since the set temperature is corrected by a fixed value, the water temperature can be maintained so as not to drop below the set temperature even if the flow rate fluctuates due to the simultaneous use of the water heater during pouring. In addition, since the circulation pump is started when the water level in the bathtub reaches a certain value, it is possible to eliminate temperature differences during water retention. Since the set temperature on the bath side is set according to the shift temperature, the number of times the burner is turned on and off during low-temperature combustion can be adjusted by setting the hysteresis temperature during control drop and the drop shift temperature so that the set temperature is not exceeded. The water heater can also change the cooling temperature in response to the bath side temperature control setting, which has the advantage of reducing the need for reheating after cooling. Moreover, while driving the circulation pump at a predetermined water level in the bathtub, Since the temperature sensor detects the water temperature in the bathtub, it is also possible to make corrections according to deviations in the detected temperature.
