て、湯水の供給側と吐水管の一次側との間にバイ
パス通路を形成し、該バイパス通路内に電動ミキ
シングバルブと電動開閉弁とを配置し、該電動ミ
キシングバルブ及び電動開閉弁とを任意の位置に
配設したコントローラで電気的に制御するように
