Conventional filtration machines of this type have been proposed that simply have a wire mesh stretched around the drum, or have cloth stretched around the drum. It is impossible to apply high pressure to weak flocs such as
Although it is possible to use cloth at high pressures, it is easily clogged and requires a great deal of effort for cleaning and maintenance. This invention solves the above-mentioned problems with conventional filter machines of this type. Specifically, by combining wire mesh and cloth as the material to be stretched over the drum, clogging is less likely to occur. , and also provides an easy-to-maintain mechanism.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in the drawings, the structure is such that a drum 2 with a material stretched around its circumference is rotatably supported in a tank 1. A undiluted solution such as sewage sludge is supplied to the drum 2, and a cleaning nozzle 3 is installed on the upper side of the rotation of the drum 2 to clean the material. In the rotary overflow machine configured to discharge outside of the tank 1, the material stretched over the drum 2 is made up of two layers, and a cloth 5 is used as the inner material that comes into contact with the drum 2. A wire mesh 6 is used as a material wrapped around the outer periphery of the cloth 5, and these materials 5 and 6 are divided in the circumferential direction so that they can be freely connected and separated.

To explain these materials and the drum 2 in more detail, the drum 2 on which the materials are wound has a pair of left and right mirror plates 7, 7 connected by a number of tie rods 8, as shown in FIG. A pipe 9 for introducing raw water and a waste water discharge pipe 10 fixed to the trough 4 described above pass through it. This drum 2 has a journal 1 formed on the end plate 7.
One part is supported on tank 1. In addition, the material is
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, first, the cloth 5 is wrapped around the tie rod 8, and the left and right edges of the cloth 5 are held between the tie rod 8 and the annular opening of the end plate. . A wire mesh 6 is then wrapped around this cloth 5. Although not shown, these wire mesh 6 and cloth 5 are divided in the circumferential direction of the drum 2, and when they are wrapped around the drum 2, they are placed on a tie rod or in a band-like shape. It can be freely connected and disconnected using a fastener. Furthermore, the cloth 5 in this embodiment is attached to the drum 2 as shown in FIG.
It is constructed so that its cross section becomes wavy when wrapped around it, and its mesh is 100 mm.
~200. In addition, the mesh of wire mesh 6 is 200~
It is 400. Further, in the illustrated example, the tank 1, drum 2, etc. that constitute the filter machine are made of lightweight corrosion-resistant materials such as synthetic resin, and in particular, the drum 2 is designed to be freely assembled and disassembled.

This invention is constructed as described above, and in order to filter sewage, sewage, etc. using this, the drum 2
When sewage is introduced into the drum 2 from the pipe 9 while being rotated by the drive device port, the liquid passed through the material is taken out from the outlet 13. The material that has become clogged over time is
When the drum 2 rotates upward and the material reaches the air, it is cleaned by the nozzle, and then rotates downward and returns to the over position to continue the overflow. Washing wastewater is received by a trough 4 and discharged into a discharge pipe 1.
0 to the outside of tank 1. The device according to the present invention operates as described above, but in this invention, the coarse cloth 5 and the wire mesh 6, which are finer than the coarse cloth 6, are arranged in double directions in the opposite direction. It is possible to separate fine floating particles that could not be captured with a wire mesh, and it does not leak even when a higher pressure than before is applied, making it possible to carry out precise and efficient filtering. Also, when cleaning,
As shown in FIG. 5, since high-pressure water is sprayed from above the wire mesh 6, it is possible to completely remove clogs without deforming the cloth 5 even if higher-pressure cleaning water is used. It is. It should be noted that if the cloth 5 is formed into a corrugated cross-section as shown in the figure, the surface will be wider and it will be more effective. Furthermore, if over-operation continues as described above and it becomes impossible to regenerate the material by cleaning with the nozzle 3, in the present invention, since the material is divided in the circumferential direction,
It is possible to replace this very easily.
That is, after the connection part of the wire mesh 6 on the outer periphery is separated, the connection part of the cloth 5 is separated and pulled out of the machine, and then a new cloth 5 is wrapped and connected. Note that the wire mesh 6 can be replaced in the same manner, but since the wire mesh 6 is located on the outside, it is replaced less frequently than cloth. In addition, if the tank 1 and drum 2 are made of lightweight materials such as synthetic resin and can be assembled and disassembled as shown in the figure, maintenance is easy, and installation and transportation can be done easily compared to conventional metal materials. It is very convenient compared to the one-piece construction.
