The normalized image 43 is inputted to a beam image processing part 44 to calculate in-screen coordinates 45. A coordinate arithmetic part 46 finds the depth by using beam positions by lines from the coordinates 45, and the positions of a known image pickup camera 48 and and a beam scanner are both used to calculate three-dimensional coordinates on a beam on the body surface 34.
