サブタンクに、該サブタンクに圧縮空気をソレノ
イドバルブを介して給排する給排気通路を設ける
と共に、該給排気通路に上記エアチヤンバに供給
される圧縮空気の最低圧力を保証する圧力制御弁
を設け、かつ、該圧力制御弁の弁体に、上記ソレ
ノイドバルブを介して供給される圧縮空気の流通
をサブタンク内にのみ許容するチエツクバルブを
設けたことを特徴とするサブタンクの空気量制御
