従来、排水側溝は0字型に整型し蓋をダレチン等にて行
い、排水ピットに集水しているが、ゴミ等も流入し、排
水ピットが目詰まりする為、時々清掃を行っているのが
現況である。側溝内面を予め防蝕防水施工を行った後、
球体骨材と合成樹脂バインダーにて樹脂モルタル分作り
、側溝内床面に金ゴテ押えを行った後、穴あき防蝕性パ
イプを設置し、パイプの周囲全体を球体樹脂モルタルに
て充填を行う事で側溝全体が透水性となり、側溝がゴミ
等による目詰まりを生じることがなく、側溝表面通行が

でき、廃物利用に役立ち、球体空間を利用することで施
工全体の経費節約、工期短縮及び、表面球型による清掃

ート打設硬化後に側溝内面防蝕防水ライニングを行った
浸銅製溝ブタを取り付は排水ピッ1〜に流れる様な構造
に成っているが工場内のゴミが溝ブタの間を通って流れ
る為ピット内にてゴミづまりを生じ時々ゴミ取去作業を
要しているのが現況です。側溝全体水だけを通す様透水
性樹脂モルタルにて中間に透水パイプにてピットに排水
する事で側溝内にゴミ流入を防止する為ピット内部ゴミ
ずまりが無くピット内清掃等は行わなくて工場排水が完
全に行える方法で有る。

型する為ゴミ等が流入せずピット内部のゴミ詰まりを生
じない。又ピット蓋のグレチング溝も透水性樹脂モルタ
ルを詰めゴミ流入の防止を行います。
B、雨水排水透水性側溝
道路等の雨水側溝は歩道と車道の境に雨水側溝ヒユーム
管等で排水ピットに集水流出を行っているがピット蓋が
ゴミ詰まりを生じ大m時道路全体に水だまりを生じ交通
事故の原因と成っています、側溝全体を透水性樹脂モル
タルとし中心に導水パイプを取り付けを行いピッl〜に
流水を行いピット蓋グレチング溝も透水性樹脂モルタル
詰を行う事で路面ゴミ詰を生ぜず又雨水透水樹脂モルタ
ルよりグリ石を通して地中に透水し地盤法下等を生じる
事が無く側溝表面も透水性球形樹脂モルタル骨材により
ゴミ付着分防止します。
