ーバー部を設けた冷却塔において、一方のルーバ
ー部の外側に温水導入部を設け、該温水導入部に
連通する入口配管を、前記一方のルーバー部と該
ルーバー部に隣接する充填材を貫通させ、受水槽
の上方を通して他方の充填材の近傍まで延設する
とともに、両充填材の内方近傍に下端が前記入口
配管に接続される立上り配管を設け、該立上り配
管の上部を曲折して充填材の内部からそれぞれの
充填材の上方に配設された散水槽内に連通させた
