Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box.

Generally, packaging boxes for transporting cut flowers and other items use a single-sided opening/closing lid, rather than a double-door lid, which opens and closes from both sides, so that the contents can be easily seen when the lid is open.

Patent Document 1 discloses a packaging box consisting of a box-shaped main body with a cutout formed in the front and an open top, and a secondary body that is attached to the back of the main body and covers the opening and cutout at the top of the main body, with the main body and secondary body both formed from a single flat blank. The main body has a separation section at its back that can be separated via a score line. The secondary body can be removed by breaking the score line and separating the separation section from the main body.

However, when conventional packaging boxes with a single opening and closing mechanism are made from a single blank, the blank has four continuous sides in one direction, and the part that makes up one of the sides is continuous with the part that makes up the lid. As a result, when cutting multiple blanks from a single sheet of corrugated cardboard (the corrugated cardboard material), a large portion is not effectively used, resulting in reduced efficiency.

In the case of an open-close packaging box made up of two blanks, for example, one may have a section where the section that makes up one side is continuous with a section that makes up the bottom, with the two side surfaces continuing in one direction, and another where a section that makes up one side is continuous with a section that makes up the lid, with the two side surfaces continuing in one direction. To connect these two blanks, at least two flaps are required to connect the sections that make up the sides. Providing two flaps in this way necessitates connecting them in two places, which can lead to the problem of reduced work efficiency.

The present invention was made in light of these circumstances, and aims to provide a packaging box that opens and closes on one side, which reduces the cost of paperboard and minimizes the amount of joining work required.

To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the present invention provides a packaging box comprising a first plate and a second plate, each formed from a single sheet-like paper blank, wherein the first plate has a first interlocking portion and the second plate has a second interlocking portion, the first interlocking portion having a plurality of first notches formed at intervals from one side edge of the first plate, first cut lines extending in the same direction from each of the first notches, and first fold lines extending from the tips of each of the first cut lines extending from the first notches to the one side edge of the first plate, and the second interlocking portion having a plurality of second notches formed at intervals from one side edge of the second plate, second cut lines extending in the same direction from each of the second notches, and second fold lines extending from the tips of each of the second cut lines extending from the second notches to the one side edge of the first plate.

According to the present invention, the portion located between the first notches of the first meshing portion (first central meshing portion) and the portion located between the second notches of the second meshing portion (second central meshing portion) are in planar contact, and the portion located between the first notch of the first meshing portion and the end of the first plate (first side meshing portion) and the portion located between the second notch of the second meshing portion and the end of the second plate (second side meshing portion) are in planar contact. Furthermore, the central meshing portion and the side meshing portions are positioned alternately, which enables the first plate and the second plate to be stably assembled.

This assembly can be easily performed by a single worker without the need for connecting agents or connecting machines. It also makes it possible to reduce the cost of the paperboard compared to connecting using flips.

Furthermore, because the first score line of the first meshing portion and the second score line of the second meshing portion interlock with each other, the meshing between the first plate body and the second plate body will not be released unless the first plate body and the second plate body are slid relative to each other so that the first score line and the second score line move apart, and the assembly is stable.

In addition, the end of the first plate, which is easily bent along the first fold line, easily climbs up onto the second plate, and the end of the second plate, which is easily bent along the second fold line, easily climbs up onto the first plate. This makes it easy to engage the first and second interlocking portions.

In the present invention, it is preferable that each of the first notches extend from one side edge of the first plate so as to be inclined toward the direction in which the first score line extending from the first notch is located, and each of the second notches extend from one side edge of the second plate so as to be inclined toward the direction in which the second score line extending from the second notch is located.

In this case, the first and second notches open outward at the locations where the first and second interlocking portions interlock, making it easy to interlock the first and second interlocking portions when inserting the first and second plates. After this interlocking, the first and second plates can be slid relative to each other, causing the first and second score lines to fit into each other, stabilizing the interlocking.

Furthermore, in the present invention, at least one of the first notch and the second notch may be a cut line.

Furthermore, in the present invention, at least one of the first fold line and the second fold line may have a partial cut.

Furthermore, in the present invention, for example, the packaging box has a main body having a rectangular cylindrical body portion composed of a pair of opposing first side plates and a pair of opposing second side plates in a direction intersecting the opposing direction of the pair of first side plates, a bottom portion closing the lower open end of the body portion, and a lid portion closing the upper open end of the body portion, the main body and the lid portion each being formed from a single sheet-like paper blank, and a flap connected to the upper edge of one of the pair of first side plates via a fold line, the first plate portion being the flap, the second plate portion being the lid portion, and the first engaging portion being the flap. The first notch is formed at a distance from the side edge opposite the fold line of the flap, the first fold lines extend in the same direction from each of the first notches, and the first fold lines extend from the tip of each of the first fold lines extending from the first notches to the side edge of the flap opposite the first fold line. The second engagement portion has a second notch formed at the distance from one side edge of the lid, second fold lines extend in the same direction from each of the second notches, and second fold lines extend from the tip of each of the second fold lines extending from the second notches to one side edge of the lid.

In this case, the first and second interlocking portions interlock, attaching the lid to the first flap of the main body, resulting in a packaging box whose lid can be opened and closed from one side. Furthermore, because the main body and lid are formed from separate blanks, it is possible to reduce the proportion of cardboard that is discarded without being effectively used when obtaining blanks, compared to conventional blanks in which the main body and lid are integrated.

Furthermore, in the present invention, for example, the packaging box has a first side plate body and a second side plate body each consisting of one or more side plates, with multiple side plates connected via fold lines or by assembly, the first side plate body and the second side plate body each being formed from a single sheet-like paper blank, the first plate body being the first side plate body, the second plate body being the second side plate body, and the first engagement portion being the first notch formed at a distance from the side edge of one side plate of the first side plate body, and each of the first notches The second engagement portion has second notches formed at the distance from the side edge of one side plate of the second side plate, second score lines extending in the same direction from each of the second notches, and second fold lines extending from the tip ends of each of the second score lines extending from the second notches to the side edge of one side plate of the second side plate.

In this case, packaging boxes that have traditionally been connected using stitches (rivets) or other fasteners to form the body can now be manufactured without using fasteners.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging box 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is composed of a rectangular cylindrical body 10 consisting of four side panels 11-14, a main body 30 having a bottom 20 that closes the lower open end of the body 10, and a lid 40 that closes the upper open end of the body 10. The packaging box 100 becomes a rectangular box overall when the main body 30 and lid 40 are assembled together. Note that, since the open ends of the body 10 are arranged vertically in this example, the part that closes the lower open end is referred to as the bottom 20 and the part that closes the upper open end is referred to as the lid 40, but the present invention is not limited to this. In other words, when the body 10 is used upright, the bottom 20 is located at the back and the lid 40 is located at the front. In other words, the packaging box 100 can be used either lying down as in the first embodiment or upright.

The packaging box 100 is an openable/closable packaging box in which the lid 40 is attached to the main body 30, allowing the lid 40 to be opened and closed from one side. The main body 30 can hold items such as cut flowers, making the packaging box 100 suitable for transporting cut flowers and other items.

The main body 30 is formed by assembling a single sheet-like main body blank 50 shown in Figure 3. The lid 40 is made from a single sheet-like lid blank 60 shown in Figure 4. Both the main body blank 50 and the lid blank 60 are made of paper, such as cardboard or thick paper, with a thickness of several millimeters.

The body 10 is composed of a pair of opposing first side plates 11, 12 and a pair of opposing second side plates 13, 14 that are arranged in a direction intersecting the opposing direction of the pair of first side plates 11, 12. Note that, with reference to Figure 2, in the body 10, the first side plate 11 is located on the right side, the first side plate 12 is located on the left side, the second side plate 13 is located on the front side, and the second side plate 14 is located on the back side.

In the main body blank 50, the first side panel 11 and the second side panel 13 are connected via a trunk fold line 51, the second side panel 13 and the first side panel 12 are connected via a trunk fold line 52, and the first side panel 12 and the second side panel 14 are connected via a trunk fold line 53. An adhesive strip 15 is connected to one side edge of the second side panel 14 via a fold line 54.

Outer flaps 11A and 12A are connected to the upper edges of the first side panels 11 and 12 via flap fold lines 11a and 12a, respectively. A slit 16 is formed in the middle of the flap fold line 11a. The flap fold line 11a corresponds to the fold line of the present invention.

The outer flap 11A has a first interlocking portion 70 on the side edge opposite the flap fold line 11a (which becomes the leading edge located on the inside of the trunk portion 10 when the main body blank 50 is assembled into the main body 30). The outer flap 11A corresponds to the first plate and flap of the present invention.

The first interlocking portion 70 has first notches 71, 71 formed at intervals on the leading edge of the outer flap 11A, first score lines 72, 72 extending in the same direction from each first notch 71, and first fold lines 73, 73 extending from the tips of the first score lines 72 extending from each first notch 71 to the leading edge of the outer flap 11A.

Here, there are two first notches 71, 71, and they have the same shape.

Each first notch 71 extends from the leading edge of the outer flap 11A toward the base edge (the direction of the first fold line 11a) and at a slight angle from right to left. Here, it has a rectangular shape, or more specifically, a roughly parallelogram shape. This roughly parallelogram has oblique sides 71a and 71b that are inclined toward the direction in which the first fold line 72 extends from the first notch 71 (a direction parallel to the first fold line 11a).

However, in this case, the hypotenuse 71b of the approximately parallelogram extending from the starting point of the first cut line 72 toward the leading edge of the outer flap 11A is more inclined than the hypotenuse 71a opposite this hypotenuse 71b; in other words, the hypotenuse 71b is inclined closer to vertical toward the leading edge of the outer flap 11A. The base 71c is parallel to the leading edge of the outer flap 11A.

Here, the first score lines 72, 72 extend parallel to the leading edge of the outer flap 11A, continuing from the base 71c of each first cutout 71. The first cutout lines 72, 72 also have the same length. Furthermore, the connection between the oblique side 71a of each first cutout 71 and the first cutout line 72 is rounded.

The first fold lines 73, 73 are inclined in the opposite direction to the hypotenuse 71b. Here, the first fold line 73 and the hypotenuse 71b are line-symmetrical, but this is not limiting.

The presence of the first fold line 73 allows the approximately trapezoidal movable piece 74, bounded by the first fold line 73, the first cut line 72, the oblique side 71a, and the four sides of the leading edge of the outer flap 11A, to bend easily in both directions along the thickness of the outer flap 11A via the first fold line 73 relative to the main body of the outer flap 11A.

With the structure described above, the first interlocking portion 70 has a first central interlocking portion 75, which is a roughly trapezoidal piece sandwiched between the first fold line 73 on the front side and the oblique side 71b of the first notch 71 on the rear side; a first side interlocking portion 76, which is a roughly trapezoidal piece sandwiched between the edge of the outer flap 11A on the front side and the oblique side 71b of the first notch 71 on the front side; and a first side interlocking portion 77, which is a roughly trapezoidal piece sandwiched between the edge of the outer flap 11A on the rear side and the first fold line 73 on the rear side.

Furthermore, inner flaps 13A, 14A are connected to the upper edges of the second side panels 13, 14 via flap fold lines 13a, 14a. As described below, the outer flaps 11A, 12A and the inner flaps 13A, 14A form the top portion of the main body 30.

Outer flaps 11B and 12B are connected to the lower edges of the first side panels 11 and 12 via flap fold lines 11b and 12b, respectively. Inner flaps 13B and 14B are connected to the lower edges of the second side panels 13 and 14 via flap fold lines 13b and 14b, respectively. The outer flaps 11B and 12B and the inner flaps 13B and 14B form the bottom 20 of the main body 30, as described below.

On the other hand, the lid blank 60 has a lid plate 41 and an insert piece 43 connected to the lid plate 41 via a fold line 42 .
The cover plate 41 has a second meshing portion 80 formed on the side edge opposite the insertion piece 43 , with which the first meshing portion 70 meshes.

The second interlocking portion 80 has second notches 81, 81 formed at intervals on one side (right edge) of the cover plate 41, second score lines 82, 82 extending in the same direction from each second notch 81, and second fold lines 83, 83 extending from the tip of the second score lines 82 extending from each second notch 81 to the right edge of the cover plate 41.

There are the same number of second notches 81, 81 as there are first notches 71, 71 on the outer flap 11A; in this case, there are two, and they have the same shape.

Each second notch 81 extends from the right edge of the cover plate 41 in the opposite direction (toward the left edge), i.e., from right to left. Like the first notches 71, 71, each second notch 81 has a rectangular shape, specifically, a roughly parallelogram shape. This roughly parallelogram has oblique sides 81a, 81b that are inclined in the direction in which the second score line 82 extends from the second notch 81.

However, in this case, the hypotenuse 81a of the approximately parallelogram extending from the starting point of the second score line 82 toward the right edge of the cover plate 41 is more inclined than the hypotenuse 81b opposite this hypotenuse 81a; in other words, it is inclined closer to vertical toward the right edge of the cover plate 41. The base 81c is parallel to the right edge of the cover plate 41.

Here, the second score lines 82, 82 extend parallel to the right edge of the cover plate 41, continuing from the bottom edge 81c of each second cutout 81. The second score lines 82, 82 also have the same length. Furthermore, the connection between the oblique edge 81a of each second cutout 81 and the second score line 82 is rounded.

The second fold lines 83, 83 are inclined in the opposite direction to the hypotenuse 81b. Here, the second fold line 83 and the hypotenuse 81b are line-symmetrical, but this is not limiting.

The presence of the second fold line 83 allows the approximately trapezoidal movable piece 84, which is bounded by the second fold line 83, the second cut line 82, the oblique side 81a, and the four sides of the right edge of the cover plate 41, to bend easily in both directions along the thickness of the cover plate 41 via the second fold line 83 relative to the main body of the cover plate 41.

With the structure described above, the second interlocking portion 80 has a second central interlocking portion 85, which is a roughly trapezoidal piece sandwiched between the front second fold line 83 and the oblique side 81b of the rear second notch 81; a second side interlocking portion 86, which is a roughly trapezoidal piece sandwiched between the edge of the front cover plate 41 and the oblique side 81b of the front second notch 81; and a second side interlocking portion 87, which is a roughly trapezoidal piece sandwiched between the edge of the rear cover plate 41 and the rear second fold line 83.

Next, we will explain the process of assembling the main body 30 from the main body blank 50.

First, the first side panels 11, 12 and the second side panels 13, 14 are sequentially folded at right angles along the body fold lines 51-53 and fold line 54, respectively. Next, the adhesive strip 15 is adhered to the side edge of the first side panel 11, thereby forming the body 10 as shown in Figure 3.

Next, the bottom 20 of the main body 30 is formed. Specifically, first, each inner flap 13B, 14B is folded inward along the flap fold lines 13b, 14b so that it is perpendicular to the second side panels 13, 14, respectively. Next, each outer flap 11B, 12B is folded inward along the flap fold lines 11b, 12b so that it is perpendicular to the first side panels 11, 12, and overlapped on the outer surfaces of the inner flaps 13B, 14B. This forms the bottom 20, and the open lower end of the body 10 is closed.

Furthermore, the top portion of the main body 30 is formed. Specifically, first, each inner flap 13A, 14A is folded inward along the flap fold lines 13a, 14a so that it is perpendicular to the second side panels 13, 14, respectively. Next, each outer flap 11A, 12A is folded inward along the flap fold lines 11a, 12a so that it is perpendicular to the first side panels 11, 12, and then overlapped on the outer surfaces of the inner flaps 13A, 14A.

This forms the top of the main body 30, partially closing the open upper end of the trunk 10. The presence of the outer flap 12A and inner flaps 13A and 14A makes it possible to prevent the lid 40, which is attached to the outer flap 11A as described below, from dropping off the top of the trunk 10.

Next, we will explain how to attach the lid 40 to the main body 30 assembled as described above.

First, with the outer flap 11A of the main body 30 facing upward, either straight or tilted, the first interlocking portion 70 of the outer flap 11A is interlocked with the second interlocking portion 80 of the cover plate 41.

Specifically, the left edge of the outer flap 11A of the main body 30, where the first interlocking portion 70 is formed, is inserted toward the right edge of the cover plate 41, where the second interlocking portion 80 is formed, so that the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 overlap, toward the portion where the flap fold line 11a is formed (from left to right).

At this time, the first central interlocking portion 75 of the outer flap 11A is on the upper side and the second central interlocking portion 85 of the cover plate 41 is on the lower side, so that these central interlocking portions 75, 85 abut against each other in a planar manner, and the two first side interlocking portions 76, 77 of the outer flap 11A are on the lower side and the two second side interlocking portions 86, 87 of the cover plate 41 are on the upper side, so that these two side interlocking portions 76, 77, 86, 87 abut against each other in a planar manner.

Alternatively, conversely, the first central interlocking portion 75 of the outer flap 11A is on the bottom and the second central interlocking portion 85 of the cover plate 41 is on the top, with these central interlocking portions 75, 85 abutting against each other in a planar manner, and the two first side interlocking portions 76, 77 of the outer flap 11A are on the top and the two second side interlocking portions 86, 87 of the cover plate 41 are on the bottom, with these two side interlocking portions 76, 77, 86, 87 abutting against each other in a planar manner.

At this time, the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 open outward, making it easy to insert as described above.

In the above state, the edge of the outer flap 11A and the edge of the cover plate 41 do not yet coincide, and the front edge of the cover plate 41 protrudes forward from the outer flap 11A.

In this case, while the ends of the portions where the first notch 71 and second notch 81 are formed are kept in contact with each other, the cover plate 41 is moved parallel to the rear side relative to the outer flap 11A, causing the first cut line 72 and the second cut line 82 to interlock with each other. This causes the front and rear ends of the cover plate 41 to coincide or nearly coincide with the front and rear ends of the outer flap 11A. In this way, the first interlocking portion 70 of the outer flap 11A and the second interlocking portion 80 of the cover plate 41 firmly interlock, stably assembling the cover body 40 to the main body 30.

At this time, the movable piece 74 easily climbs up onto the cover plate 41, and the movable piece 84 easily climbs up onto the first flap 11A. This allows the first interlocking portion 70 and the second interlocking portion 80 to easily interlock. Note that the tip of the first cut line 72 formed on the outer flap 11A and the tip of the second cut line 82 formed on the cover plate 41 may be in contact with each other or may be separated from each other.

After placing cut flowers or other items inside the main body 30 as needed, the insertion piece 43 of the lid 40 is inserted into the slit 16 of the main body 30. This closes the upper open end of the main body 30 with the lid 40. This completes the packaging box 100.

With the packaging box 100 according to the present embodiment described above, the lid 40 can be attached to the first flap 11A of the main body 30 by engaging the first interlocking portion 70 with the second interlocking portion 80, so the packaging box 100 can be obtained with a simple operation in which the lid 40 can be opened and closed from one side.

Furthermore, because the main body 30 and lid 40 are formed from separate blanks 50, 60, it is possible to reduce the proportion of cardboard that is discarded without being effectively utilized when obtaining the blanks 50, 60, compared to conventional blanks in which the main body and lid are integrated.

Furthermore, for example, if the type of contents (e.g., cut flowers, baby's breath, carnations, etc.) is written on the lid 40, it is possible to assemble different lids 40 with different writing on the same main body 30. This makes it possible to simplify material management for the packaging box 100 and reduce material costs.

Furthermore, by separating the lid 40 from the main body 30, it is possible to easily display the contents stored in the main body 30.

Furthermore, by having the central interlocking portions 75, 85 and the side interlocking portions 76, 86 abut on each other in a planar manner and interlocking in a staggered manner, the lid 40 can be stably attached to the main body 30.

This assembly can be easily performed by a single worker without the need for connecting agents or connecting machines. It also makes it possible to reduce the cost of the paperboard compared to connecting using flips.

Furthermore, because the first score line 72 and the second score line 82 interlock with each other, the engagement between the lid body 40 and the main body 30 will not be released unless the lid body 40 is slid relative to the main body so that the first score line 72 and the second score line 82 move apart, ensuring a stable assembly.

As explained above, packaging boxes that previously had their bodies formed using fasteners such as stitches (rivets) can now be manufactured without using fasteners.

Next, as shown in Figure 6, a packaging box 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is composed of a main body 110 having a rectangular cylindrical body made up of four side panels 111 to 114. The packaging box 200 is suitable for use when packaging heavy rectangular cylindrical objects by enclosing them around them. The packaging box 200 is also suitable for use when packaging thick plate-shaped objects such as partition doors for use in emergencies.

As shown in Figure 7, the packaging box 200 is formed by assembling a first side panel blank 121, which is made up of two side panels 111, 112 connected via a body fold line 115, and a second side panel blank 122, which is made up of two side panels 113, 114 connected via a body fold line 116. Both side panel blanks 121, 122 are made of paper, such as corrugated cardboard or cardboard, and are several millimeters thick. The side panel blanks 121, 122 have the same shape.

In the first side panel blank 121, a flap 111A is connected to the side edge of side panel 111 via flap fold line 111a, and a flap 112A is connected to the side edge of side panel 112 via flap fold line 112a. In the second side panel blank 122, a flap 113A is connected to the side edge of side panel 113 via flap fold line 113a, and a flap 114A is connected to the side edge of side panel 114 via flap fold line 114a.

The side edge of flap 111A is provided with the first interlocking portion 70 described above, and the side edge of flap 112A is provided with the second interlocking portion 80 described above. The side edge of flap 113A is provided with the first interlocking portion 70 described above, and the side edge of flap 114A is provided with the second interlocking portion 80 described above. Flaps 111A and 113A correspond to the first plate body of the present invention, and flaps 112A and 114A correspond to the second plate body of the present invention.

Next, we will explain the process of assembling the packaging box 200 from the two side panel blanks 121 and 122.

First, for example, the first interlocking portion 70 of the first side plate blank 121 is interlocked with the second interlocking portion 80 of the second side plate blank 122. This results in the first side plate blank 121 and the second side plate blank 122 being connected to the side plate 111 and the side plate 114 via the interlocking portions 70, 80.

Then, side panels 111, 112 and side panels 113, 114 are sequentially folded at right angles along the body fold lines 115, 116, respectively, and then the second interlocking portion 80 of the first side panel blank 121 is interlocked with the first interlocking portion 70 of the second side panel blank 122. Side panels 112 and 113 are connected together via the interlocking portions 70, 80, completing the packaging box 200.

The packaging box 200 according to the present embodiment described above has the first side panel blank 121 and the second side panel blank assembled by engaging the first interlocking portion 70 and the second interlocking portion 80, thereby achieving the same effects as the packaging box 100 described above.

Although the above describes an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, while packaging boxes 100 and 200 have been described as examples, the packaging box of the present invention is not limited to these. The packaging box of the present invention is a packaging box formed by combining a first plate and a second plate, each formed from a single sheet-like paper blank, as long as the first plate has a first interlocking portion 70 and the second plate has a second interlocking portion 80.

Furthermore, the first interlocking portion 70 and the second interlocking portion 80 are not limited to those described above. For example, the first notches 71 extend from the left edge of the outer flap 11A so as to be inclined toward the direction of the first cut line 72 extending from the first notch 71, and the second notches 81 extend from the right edge of the cover plate 41 so as to be inclined toward the direction of the second cut line 82 extending from the second notch 81.

In this case, the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 open outward at the point where the cover plate 41 is inserted into the outer flip 11A, which is preferable because it makes it easier to engage the first interlocking portion 70 and the second interlocking portion 80 during insertion. However, the inclination of the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 is not limited to this, and they may be inclined in opposite directions or extend vertically.

Furthermore, the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 have been described as having a substantially parallelogram shape. However, the shapes of the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 are not limited to this and may be rectangular, trapezoidal, or the like, and the inclination angles of the oblique sides 71a, 71b, 81a, 81b may be significantly different. Furthermore, while the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 have been described as having the same shape, they may also be different shapes.

Furthermore, the first notch 71 and the second notch 81 have been described as having a width in the direction in which the side edge extends, but they may not have a width in this direction, i.e., they may be linear cut lines, or they may be small cuts.

Furthermore, at least one of the first fold line 73 or the second fold line 83 may have a partial cut. This makes it even easier to move the movable pieces 74, 84 along these fold lines 73, 83.

Furthermore, the first score lines 72 are both parallel to the side edges of the outer flaps 11A, etc., and the second score lines 82 are both parallel to the side edges of the cover plate 41. However, as long as they are parallel to each other, these first score lines 72 and second score lines 82 do not have to be parallel to the side edges of the outer flaps 11A, cover plate 41, etc.

Furthermore, in the above description, the outer flap 11A or the like is provided with two sets of first notches 71, first score lines 72, and first fold lines 73 as the first interlocking portions 70, and the cover plate 41 or the like is provided with two sets of second notches 81, second score lines 82, and second fold lines 83 as the second interlocking portions 80. However, the outer flap 11A, cover plate 41, etc. may have three or more sets of the above combinations.
