Claims (16)
- 入力衝撃波を操作するための構成要素を製造する方法であって、
複数のプレートを形成するステップであって、各プレートがサブキャビティを画定する、ステップと、
前記サブキャビティの1以上を1以上のキャビティ充填材で少なくとも部分的に充填するステップと、
前記サブキャビティが少なくとも部分的に整列されかつ該サブキャビティが結合して前記1以上のキャビティ充填材を収容する層状の構成要素キャビティを画定するように、前記複数のプレートを積層して構成要素を形成するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記複数のプレートの1枚以上が高密度材料で構成された、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプレートの1枚以上が金属で構成された、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記又は各キャビティ充填材は、前記複数のプレートの1枚以上よりも低い密度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記サブキャビティの1以上を1以上のキャビティ充填材で充填するステップが、1以上のサブキャビティを注入可能材料で充填するステップを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記注入可能材料を硬化させるステップをさらに備える請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記1以上のサブキャビティを過充填するステップ及び前記複数のプレートの1枚以上の表面をフライス削りするステップをさらに備える請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素キャビティは衝撃波を受けるための入力部及び衝撃波を出力するための出力部を備え、前記構成要素キャビティは、前記入力部の断面積が前記出力部の断面積よりも大きくなるように形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各サブキャビティは衝撃波を受けるための入力部及び衝撃波を出力するための出力部を有し、前記サブキャビティの1以上は、前記入力部の断面積が前記出力部の断面積よりも大きくなるように形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記サブキャビティの1以上は錐台形状である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記サブキャビティの1以上は円錐台である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプレートの2枚以上は締結部材を受容するように構成された1以上の孔を備え、前記方法は、1以上の締結部材を前記1以上の孔に挿通することによって2枚以上の前記プレートを相互に固定するステップを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプレートの2枚以上は整列部材を受容するように構成された1以上の整列孔を備え、前記方法は、1以上の整列部材を前記1以上の整列孔に挿通することによって2枚以上の前記プレートを相互に整列するステップを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプレートは複数の第1のプレートであり、前記方法は、サブキャビティを備えない1枚以上の第2のプレートを形成し、該第2のプレートを前記第1のプレートに積層するステップを備える請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の第1のプレート及び前記1枚以上の第2のプレートを、該プレートが第1のプレートと第2のプレートとで交互となるように積層するステップを備える請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のプレートの厚さが、前記構成要素キャビティ入力部から前記構成要素キャビティ出力部まで漸進的に減少する、請求項14に記載の方法。
