Description

The present invention relates to a device for preventing temporary fencing from falling over, which uses a base and a floor plate that support the temporary fencing boards to prevent the boards from falling over.

The temporary fencing plates, such as steel plates, that make up the temporary fencing are basically connected to a base such as an H-shaped steel that is installed continuously along the bottom end of the temporary fencing plate on the ground surface on which the temporary fencing plate is supported, so that it is installed on the ground surface in a state where it cannot tip over (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). Diagonal members may be installed between the top of the temporary fencing plate, the middle part in the height direction, and the base to prevent the plate from being deformed by wind.

There is also a method of preventing temporary fencing boards from tipping over that does not rely on a foundation along the bottom edge of the boards, but instead uses support metal fittings and a base plate that are partially installed on the ground surface, spanning between the vertical frames of adjacent temporary fencing boards in the direction the boards continue (see Patent Document 3). However, with this method, it is expected that the stress from wind loads that tend to tip the temporary fencing boards will be concentrated on the support metal fittings, making them prone to deformation.

If the connection to the foundation 2 alone is not sufficient to prevent the temporary fencing board 8 from tipping over, a diagonal member 12 can be installed on the back of the temporary fencing board 8 as shown in Figure 4-(b), and a pile 15 connected to a horizontal member (rollover) 11 installed between the diagonal member 12 and the board can be driven into the ground, with the pile 15 expected to provide support and pull-out resistance.

特開平8-270225号公報(請求項1、段落0007~0011、図1、図2)JP-A-8-270225 (Claim 1, paragraphs 0007 to 0011, Figures 1 and 2) 登録実用新案第3107929号公報(段落0027~0035、図1~図3)Registered Utility Model No. 3107929 (paragraphs 0027 to 0035, Figures 1 to 3) 特開2006-226077号公報(請求項1、段落0012~0022、図1~図4)JP 2006-226077 A (Claim 1, paragraphs 0012 to 0022, Figures 1 to 4)

However, in the example shown in Figure 4-(b), the width of the area to be secured around the site for the installation of the temporary fence becomes larger, which increases the floor area occupied by the temporary fence and may reduce the floor area to be secured for the structure to be constructed. In addition, driving the piles 15 into the ground may damage buried objects such as piping, including water pipes, sewer pipes, gas pipes, telephone lines, and electric cables, that were originally buried in the ground.

In light of the above background, the present invention proposes a device to prevent temporary fencing from collapsing, which reduces the area of the fencing that it occupies on the site and does not affect the installation area of the structure relative to the site area, or existing buried objects.

The device for preventing a temporary fence from falling over as described in claim 1 is a device for preventing the temporary fence from falling over, comprising a base for supporting the lower part of a temporary fence board used in conjunction with a base plate and having a plate-shaped joint piece facing vertically toward the base plate,
a clamping member disposed under the floor plate and having an overlapping piece joined to the floor plate side of the joining piece of the base, and a pressing member disposed on the floor plate and having an overlapping piece joined to the floor plate side of the joining piece of the base, and sandwiching the floor plate from above and below together with the clamping member;
The clamping material and the pressing material have clamping pieces and pressing pieces that overlap the lower and upper surfaces of the base plate, respectively, and the overlapping pieces of the clamping material and the overlapping pieces of the pressing material overlap each other and are joined to the joining piece .

"Temporary fencing plate" refers to a plate such as a steel plate that is the main body of the temporary fencing. "Base plate" refers to a plate that is laid inside the temporary fencing plate, sandwiched between the temporary fencing plate, for the purpose of protecting the ground when materials are brought into the site. "Foundation" is a member that is continuously installed in the length direction along the lower end of the temporary fencing plate 8 on the ground surface as shown in Figure 1, and stabilizes the temporary fencing plate 8 on the ground surface as a "weight". H-shaped steel is mainly used for the foundation 2, but the shape (cross-sectional shape) and material are not important. "Foundation with a joint piece on the base plate side" refers to a plate-shaped member such as a flange on the base plate 14 side of the foundation 2 for joining the holding member 4.

The clamping material 6 is placed below the end of the floor plate 14 on the side of the temporary fencing plate 8, and the pressing material 4 is placed on the top surface of the floor plate 14 so as to sandwich the floor plate 14 from above and below together with the clamping material 6, and is joined to the connecting piece 2a together with the clamping material 6. The clamping material 6 and the pressing material 4 basically overlap directly on the bottom and top surfaces of the floor plate 14, but some kind of filler material may be interposed. The "end of the floor plate on the temporary fencing plate side" refers to the strip-shaped area of the floor plate 14 that is closer to the foundation 2. The clamping material 6 and the pressing material 4 are mainly joined to the floor plate 14 side of the connecting piece 2a, but this is not necessarily required. "Joining" mainly refers to welding or bolting, but joining via clamps etc. is also possible.

The clamping material 6 is joined to the joint piece 2a of the base 2 together with the pressing material 4, directly sandwiching the base plate 14 from above and below. When the two are joined to the joint piece 2a with, for example, a bolt 5, depending on the method of forming the insertion hole through which the bolt 5 passes, the base plate 14 can be clamped with pressure applied from above and below, making it possible for the base plate 14 to be able to move integrally with the base 2.

The clamping material 6 and the holding material 4 clamp the end of the base plate 14 on the temporary fencing board 8 side, so that when the temporary fencing board 8 tries to tip over outside the site, the clamping piece 6b of the clamping material 6 that overlaps the underside of the base plate 14 engages upward with the base plate 14, preventing the temporary fencing board 8 from tipping over.

When the temporary fencing board 8 is about to tip over into the site, the pressing piece 4b that overlaps the top surface of the base plate 14 of the pressing member 4 presses downward on the top surface of the base plate 14, and receives an upward reaction force from the base plate 14 according to the area of the pressing piece 4b. The temporary fencing board 8 is prevented from tipping over to the extent that the pressing member 4 receives a reaction force from the base plate 14.

The pressing member 4 and the clamping member 6 are both joined to the joint piece 2a. At the same time, the bottom surface of the pressing member 4 and the top surface of the clamping member 6 sandwich the base plate 14 from above and below, so basically, an L-shaped cross-section material is suitable as shown in Figure 2, but this shape is not the only option. The pressing member 4 basically has an overlapping piece 4a and a pressing piece 4b that overlap and are joined to the joint piece 2a, and the clamping member 6 similarly has an overlapping piece 6a that overlaps and is joined to the joint piece 2a, and the above-mentioned clamping piece 6b.

In this way, in claim 1, the stability of the temporary fencing board 8 against tipping over on both sides in the thickness direction is ensured by the base 2 supporting the lower part of the temporary fencing board 8, and the clamping material 6 and holding material 4 that are joined to the joint piece 2a on the base 2's bottom plate 14 side and clamp the end of the bottom plate 14 on the temporary fencing board 8 side. In comparison with the example shown in Figure 4, the width L1 that the temporary fencing board 8 occupies within the site when viewed in the length direction is reduced to nearly half the conventional width L2 as shown in Figure 4-(c). At the same time, it becomes possible to expand the planar area to be secured for structures to be constructed within the site. The expanded range is shown by diagonal lines in Figure 4-(c).

In addition, the stability of the temporary fencing board 8 against tipping over is ensured by only the base 2, the clamping material 6, and the retaining material 4, making the piles 15 in the example shown in Figure 4 unnecessary, and therefore there is no damage to buried objects such as pipes that were originally buried in the ground.

When the clamping material 6 and the pressing material 4 are both joined to the floor plate 14 side of the joint piece 2a as shown in Figure 2, if a supporting material 7 (71) that pairs with the clamping material 6 is placed on the opposite side of the joint piece 2a, sandwiching the joint piece 2a, and joined to the joint piece 2a (claim 2), the base 2 can be brought into contact with the ground surface on the plane where the clamping material 6 and the supporting material 71 are combined on the lower end surface of the base 2.

In this case, by aligning the vertical height of the underside of the clamping material 6 and the support material 71 with the bottom end surface of the foundation 2, the vertical height of the underside of the clamping material 6 and the bottom end surface of the foundation 2 are aligned, which increases stability against horizontal movement and sinking (penetration) when the foundation 2 is installed on the ground surface. The clamping material 6 and the support material 71 are mainly joined to the joint piece 2a of the foundation 2 with bolts 5, but may also be joined by welding.

In addition, the clamping material 6 and the support material 71 are arranged to sandwich the joint piece 2a of the base 2 and are joined to the joint piece 2a, so that when the base plate 3 is laid under the base 2 as described below, the base 2 and the base plate 3 can be easily integrated by welding or the like.

In Figures 1 and 2, a base plate 3 is laid on the ground surface to distribute the vertical load acting on the ground from the joint piece (flange) 2a of the foundation 2 and to accommodate unevenness on the ground surface. If the base plate 3 has a length that spans the underside of the end of the floor plate 14 on the temporary fencing board 8 side and at least the underside of the joint piece 2a of the foundation 2 as shown, the stability of the temporary fencing board 8 against tipping over is improved.

"At least" means that the base plate 3 extends from below the end of the floor plate 14 closest to the temporary fencing board 8 toward the temporary fencing board 8, over the joint piece 2a of the foundation 2, and to any part of the width of the foundation 2. Figure 2 shows an example in which the base plate 3 is positioned across the entire width of the foundation 2. When the base plate 3 spans the entire width of the foundation 2, the mass of all components supported by the foundation 2, including the temporary fencing board 8, acts downward on the base plate 3.

When wind load acts on the temporary fencing board 8, the load is distributed to the ground surface via the joint pieces 2, the clamping material 6, the support material 71, and the base plate 3. By distributing the load via the base plate 3, the load is distributed over a wider area, improving the stability of the temporary fencing board 8 against tipping over.

However, as shown in the figure, if the clamping material 6 and the support material 71 are placed on both sides of the joint piece 2a on the side of the floor plate 14, and a support material 72 is also placed and joined on the joint piece 2a side of the joint piece 2b on the side opposite to this joint piece 2a (outside the site), both support materials 71, 72 can function as the base plate 3, so stability against tipping over to the same extent as when there is a base plate 3 can be obtained. Figure 2 shows a case where the clamping material 6 and the support materials 71, 72 are joined to the joint pieces 2a, 2b using a bolt 5 that penetrates the joint pieces 2a, 2b together with the clamping material 6 and the support material 7. When the base plate 3 is installed, the base plate 3 may be joined to the foundation 2 via the clamping material 6, or via the clamping material 6 and the support material 7, by welding or the like.

It is equipped with a base that supports the lower part of the temporary fencing board, and a clamping material and a holding material that are joined to the joint piece on the base's bottom plate side and clamp the end of the bottom plate on the temporary fencing board side. When the temporary fencing board tries to tip over in the thickness direction, the mass of the bottom plate and the reaction force from the bottom plate are used to prevent the plate from tipping over, so stability can be ensured against the temporary fencing board tipping over on both sides in the thickness direction without using diagonal members and piles. By eliminating the need for piles, there is no risk of damaging buried objects such as pipes that were originally buried in the ground.

As a result, compared to the example shown in Figure 4, the width that the temporary fencing board occupies on the site when viewed in the length direction can be reduced to nearly half. At the same time, the area to be secured for structures to be constructed on the site can be expanded.

This is a cross-sectional view (side view) of a temporary fencing board showing the appearance when a fall prevention device is placed on the inside of the site side of the temporary fencing board. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the relationship between the fall prevention device and the base plate shown in FIG. 1. 3A is a perspective view of FIG. 2, and FIG. 3B is an elevational view showing a manufacturing example of the clamping member shown in FIG. 3A and its relationship with the bolt. (a) is a cross-sectional view showing the width of the anti-tip device shown in Figure 1, (b) is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a temporary fence of a conventional structure in which a diagonal member is erected on the back of a temporary fence board and piles indirectly connected to the diagonal member are driven into the ground, and its width, and (c) is a plan view showing the difference in width when the examples of (a) and (b) are viewed in plan.

Figures 1 to 3 show an example of the configuration of a fall prevention device 1 that forms a temporary fence, supports the lower part of the temporary fence board 8 used in conjunction with the floor board 14, includes a base 2 with a joint piece 2a on the floor board 14 side, and prevents the temporary fence board 8 from falling over, and shows an example of the combination with the temporary fence board 8.

In the drawings, H-shaped steel is used as the base 2 because it is easy to combine with the base plate 14, but other shapes of steel material or concrete members can also be used as the material for the base 2, as long as they have a shape that has a joint piece 2a on the base plate 14 side. When the base 2 is an H-shaped steel, the joint piece 2a is one of the flanges.

In addition to the base 2, the anti-tip device 1 includes a clamping material 6 that is placed under the base plate 14 and joined to the joint piece 2a of the base 2, and a pressing material 4 that is placed on top of the base plate 14 and joined to the joint piece 2a of the base 2, and that clamps the base plate 14 from above and below together with the clamping material 6.

The pressing member 4 has an overlapping piece 4a that overlaps and is joined to the joining piece 2a, and a pressing piece 4b that overlaps the upper surface of the base plate 14 and presses the base plate 14 downward, while the clamping member 6 has an overlapping piece 6a that overlaps and is joined to the joining piece 2a, and a clamping piece 6b that overlaps the lower surface of the base plate 14 and clamps the base plate 14 together with the pressing piece 4b. The pressing member 4 is basically joined to the joining piece 2a in a state where it overlaps the clamping member 6, but since it is located above the base plate 14, in principle the pressing member 4 overlaps the surface of the clamping member 6.

In order to maintain the temporary fencing board 8 in an upright position, vertical members (supports) 9 and horizontal members (horizontal base) 10 for connecting the foundation 2 to the temporary fencing board 8 are connected to the floor plate 14 side of the temporary fencing board 8 as shown in FIG. 1. Horizontal members (rolling members) 11 for connecting the foundation 2 are connected to the floor plate 14 side of the vertical members 9 (supports) or horizontal members (horizontal base) 10 located relatively closer to the floor plate 14, and the foundation 2 is connected to the horizontal members (rolling members) 11. The vertical members (supports) 9 and horizontal members (horizontal base) 10 are connected to the temporary fencing board 8 using clamps 13 or the like. The clamps 13 are connected to the temporary fencing board 8 by screwing in screws or the like that come with the clamps 13.

The base 2 is also connected to the horizontal member (roll) 11 using a clamp 13 or the like. Specifically, the clamp 13 is installed across the upper end of the joint piece (flange) 2a of the base 2, or across the upper end of the other joint piece (flange) 2b that pairs with the joint piece 2a in the width direction of the base 2, and the horizontal member (roll) 11, and is connected to both.

A diagonal member 12 is installed between the vertical member (support) 9 and the horizontal member (rollover) 11 to stabilize the horizontal member (rollover) 11 and support it on the vertical member (support) 9. The diagonal member 12 and the horizontal member (rollover) 11 serve to prevent deformation of the temporary fencing board 8 while transmitting the wind load received by the temporary fencing board 8 to the foundation 2. The upper end of the diagonal member 12 is connected to the section from the upper end of the vertical member (support) 9 to the middle part in the axial direction.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the pressing member 4 is placed on the bottom plate 14 side of the joint piece 2a and is joined to the joint piece 2a using bolts 5 or the like that pass through the overlapping piece 4a and the joint piece 2a. The pressing member 4 may also be joined by welding or clamps 13. In the drawings, the clamping member 6 is placed on the base 2 side of the pressing member 4 as described above, and the overlapping piece 6a of the clamping member 6 is directly joined to the joint piece 2a, but the pressing member 4 may also be directly overlapped on the joint piece 2a.

In the example shown in FIG. 2, the overlapping pieces 4a, 6a of the pressing member 4 and the clamping member 6 are both joined to the joint piece 2a on the floor plate 14 side with the same bolt 5, so that when the pressing member 4 and the clamping member 6 are joined to the joint piece 2a by fastening the nut 51, the pressing member 4 and the clamping member 6 can clamp the floor plate 14 in the thickness direction. The bolt 5 passes through insertion holes formed in the joint piece 2a and both overlapping pieces 4a, 6a, and the nut 51 is screwed into the end protruding from the overlapping pieces 4a, 6a toward the floor plate 14 side.

The drawing also shows that the base plate 3 is placed on the ground surface, straddling the underside of the end of the base plate 14 on the temporary fencing plate 8 side and at least the underside of the joint piece 2a of the foundation 2, so that the vertical load acting on the ground from the foundation 2 is dispersed. The base plate 3 extends in the width direction of the foundation 2 from the end of the base plate 14 side of the base plate 14 toward the base plate 14 side, a length sufficient to support at least the mass of the base plate 14 downward and be restrained by the ground surface. The base plate 3 does not necessarily need to span the entire width of the foundation 2 toward the temporary fencing plate 8 side, but in order to support the mass of the foundation 2 downward without any leakage, it is appropriate that the base plate 3 has a length that at least reaches below the end of the base 2 on the temporary fencing plate 8 side, as shown in the drawing.

Also in FIG. 2, a support material 71 that pairs with the clamping material 6 is placed on the opposite side of the clamping material 6, sandwiching the joint piece 2a on the floor plate 14 side, and joined to the joint piece 2a, thereby ensuring stability against sinking when the foundation 2 is installed on the ground surface or on the base plate 3. The support material 71 pairs with the clamping material 6, has the same or similar cross-sectional shape as the clamping material 6, and is joined to the joint piece 2a by bolts 5 or the like that join the support material 71 to the joint piece 2a.

In this example, in particular, the base plate 3 has a length that spans both joint pieces 2a and 2b of the foundation 2, so the support material 72 is also placed inside the joint piece 2b on the temporary fencing board 8 side, and the support materials 71 and 72 are joined facing each other on the opposing sides of the two joint pieces 2a and 2b. In this relationship, the bolt 5 is given a length that spans both joint pieces 2a and 2b.

In this case, the foundation 2 includes the clamping member 6 and supporting member 71 joined to the joint piece 2a on the floor plate 14 side, and the supporting member 72 joined to the joint piece 2b on the opposing side, each of which includes the clamping piece 6b, and the pieces that come into contact with the ground bring the foundation 2 into contact with the ground on its surface, so stability is ensured when the foundation 2 is installed on the ground surface and supported by the ground, without relying on the base plate 3. This stability refers to the stability of the joint pieces 2a and 2b of the foundation 2 against sinking into the ground, tilting, and horizontal sliding.

In addition, the vertical load, which includes the mass of the foundation 2 and the mass of all temporary materials, including the vertical members (pillars) 9 supported by the foundation 2, is transmitted in a distributed manner in the width direction of the foundation 2 through the pieces of the clamping material 6 and both supporting members 71, 72 that come into contact with the ground, so that the pieces in contact with the ground can bear the reaction force from the ground surface in a distributed manner in the width direction. When a base plate 3 is placed under the foundation 2, the base plate 3 bears the reaction force from the ground surface in a distributed manner in the width direction.

When the support members 71 and 72 are joined to both joint pieces 2a and 2b of the foundation 2 and the base plate 3 is placed under the foundation 2, the foundation 2 can be joined to the base plate 3 via three parts, the clamping member 6 and the two support members 71 and 72, and the joining ensures the unity of the foundation 2 and the base plate 3. In addition, the vertical load, which is the sum of the mass of all temporary materials including the vertical members (pillars) 9 supported by the foundation 2, including the mass of the foundation 2, is distributed and transmitted to the base plate 3 in the width direction. As a result, the base plate 3 can receive the reaction force from the ground surface in a distributed manner in the width direction. The clamping member 6 and the two support members 71 and 72 are joined to the base plate 3, for example, by leaving a distance in the axial direction and partially welding them.

In Figure 3-(a), a bolt 5 is installed between the opposing joint pieces 2a, 2b of the base 2, and nuts 51 are screwed onto both ends protruding outward (towards the surface) from the joint pieces 2a, 2b. The portion of the pressing member 4 that overlaps the floor plate 14 is cut out so that the pressing member 4 can be dropped onto the floor plate 14 placed on the clamping member 6. In this case, the nut 51 can be tightened with the floor plate 14 clamped between the pressing member 4 and the clamping member 6.

The clamping member 4 has overlapping pieces 4a and 4b, and the clamping piece 4b is notched at the position where it overlaps with the bolt 5, as shown in Figure 3-(a), or in the portion from overlapping piece 4a to clamping piece 4b, as shown in Figure 3-(b). When a notch 4c is formed at the position where it overlaps with the bolt 5, from overlapping piece 4a to clamping piece 4b, as shown in Figure 3-(b), with nuts 51 screwed onto both ends of the bolt 5, the clamping member 4 can be dropped from above, and the bolt 5 can be inserted from below into the notch 4c.

As a result, the bolt 5 can be connected to the base 2 in advance, and the nut 51 can be fastened while the base plate 14 is securely clamped between the clamping member 4 (clamping piece 4b) and the clamping member 6, and the clamping member 4 (overlapping piece 4a) can be joined to the connecting piece 2a. Figures 3-(a) and (b) show an example in which one clamping member 4 is joined to the connecting piece 2a with two bolts 5, so two notches 4c are formed in the length direction of the clamping member 4, but there are also cases in which one clamping member 4 is joined with one bolt 5, in which case there will be only one notch 4c.
