Claims (12)
- 複数の電池セルから構成される電池セルスタックと、
全長方向に沿って配置される一つ以上の前記電池セルスタックを収容するモジュールハウジングと、
電池モジュールを電気的に連結するためのHVコネクタ(High Voltage Connector)と、
前記複数の電池セルの電圧及び温度をセンシングするためのLVアセンブリー(Low Voltage Assembly)と、
前記複数の電池セルを冷却するための絶縁油と、
前記絶縁油の出入のための冷却ポートと、
を含んでなる電池モジュールにおいて、
前記絶縁油は前記モジュールハウジングの内部で流動しながら前記複数の電池セルを直接的に冷却し、
前記モジュールハウジングは、上面、下面、第1側面及び第2側面を含み、
前記HVコネクタは、前記第1側面に位置する第1HVコネクタ、及び第2側面に位置する第2HVコネクタを含み、
前記電池セルスタックは、第1電池セルスタック及び第2電池セルスタックを含み、
前記第1電池セルスタックの第1電極端子及び前記第2電池セルスタックの第2電極端子は前記第1HVコネクタに連結され、
前記第1電池セルスタックの第2電極端子及び前記第2電池セルスタックの第1電極端子は前記第2HVコネクタに連結され、
前記第1HVコネクタ及び前記第2HVコネクタが互いに機械的に連結され得るように構成されている、電池モジュール。 - 複数の電池セルから構成される電池セルスタックと、
全長方向に沿って配置される一つ以上の前記電池セルスタックを収容するモジュールハウジングと、
電池モジュールを電気的に連結するためのHVコネクタ(High Voltage Connector)と、
前記複数の電池セルの電圧及び温度をセンシングするためのLVアセンブリー(Low Voltage Assembly)と、
前記複数の電池セルを冷却するための絶縁油と、
前記絶縁油の出入のための冷却ポートと、
を含んでなる電池モジュールにおいて、
前記絶縁油は前記モジュールハウジングの内部で流動しながら前記複数の電池セルを直接的に冷却し、
前記モジュールハウジングは、上面、下面、第1側面及び第2側面を含み、
前記HVコネクタは、前記第1側面に位置する第1HVコネクタ、及び第2側面に位置する第2HVコネクタを含み、
前記電池セルスタックは、第1電池セルスタック及び第2電池セルスタックを含み、
前記第1電池セルスタックの第1電極端子及び前記第2電池セルスタックの第2電極端子は前記第1HVコネクタに連結され、
前記第1電池セルスタックの第2電極端子及び前記第2電池セルスタックの第1電極端子は前記第2HVコネクタに連結され、
前記モジュールハウジングの下面において前記第1HVコネクタ及び前記第2HVコネクタと前記第1電池セルスタック及び第2電池セルスタックとが連結される連結部の下部には貫通口が形成され、
前記貫通口は密封部材が付着されて密封されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記HVコネクタ、前記LVアセンブリー及び前記冷却ポートが前記モジュールハウジングに連結される連結部は、前記絶縁油の漏液を防止するための密封部材を含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記LVアセンブリーはLVコネクタを含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記LVアセンブリーは、FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit)、PCB(Printed Circuit Board)及びCMC(Cell Management Controller)からなる群から選択されるいずれか一つ以上をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パックであって、
モジュールハウジングの側面が隣接して配置された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールの一側に配置されるBDU(Battery Disconnect Unit)と、
前記複数の電池モジュール及び前記BDUを取り囲む電池パックフレームと、
を含み、
前記複数の電池モジュールはHVコネクタを介して隣接した電池モジュールと電気的に連結され、前記BDUは前記隣接した電池モジュールのHVコネクタと連結される、電池パック。 - 前記モジュールハウジングは、第1側面及び第2側面にネジ締結部を含み、
複数の電池モジュールは、前記ネジ締結部に結合されたネジによって互いに連結される、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記複数の電池モジュールは、すべての電池セルスタックに結合されたLVアセンブリーを含み、
前記LVアセンブリーはBMS(Battery Management System)と連結される、請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 絶縁油の流入及び排出流路が前記複数の電池モジュールの間に直列連結及び並列連結のうちの少なくとも一つの連結構造を有するように構成される、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記複数の電池モジュールは、前記電池パックフレームに装着された状態でモジュールハウジングの上面及び下面が露出される構造を有する、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックフレームは、複数の電池モジュールに装着されたHVコネクタ及びLVアセンブリーに対応する位置に接続用開口が形成されている、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池パックフレームは、互いに垂直に連結される第1部材、第2部材、第3部材、及び第4部材から構成される、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
