Claims (11)
- 電極端子、防爆弁及びカバープレートが設けられ、前記防爆弁及び前記電極端子が前記カバープレートに設けられるバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセル上に設けられ、バッテリーセルに対して温度制御を行うための熱管理装置であって、前記熱管理装置は前記カバープレートと貼り合わせられた冷却プレートを含み、前記冷却プレートは少なくとも一部が前記防爆弁を覆い、前記冷却プレートの内部には凝縮通路が設けられ、凝縮通路内には熱交換媒体が充填され、前記熱交換媒体は消火性を有し、前記冷却プレートは、前記バッテリーセルに熱暴走が発生したときに、前記バッテリーセルの内部から排出される高温高圧ガスで破壊されることに用いられる熱管理装置と、
前記バッテリーセル上に設けられ、前記電極端子に接続され、前記熱管理装置と前記電極端子とを絶縁するための絶縁アセンブリであって、前記電極端子の外に覆設された防水部材を含む絶縁アセンブリと、を含む、バッテリー。 - 前記バッテリーセルの数が複数であり、前記バッテリーセルの各々がカバープレートを含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーセルの各々の前記電極端子の数が少なくとも2つであり、前記熱管理装置は、少なくとも2つの前記電極端子の間に設けられている、請求項2に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記防水部材の数が前記電極端子の数と同じであり、前記防水部材の各々は、対応する1つの前記電極端子の周囲に覆設されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記絶縁アセンブリは、さらに、通し穴が設けられたセパレータを含み、
前記セパレータは、前記防水部材上に設けられ、前記防水部材を前記バッテリーセル上に固定するために用いられ、前記通し穴は、前記電極端子を貫通させるために用いられる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー。 - 前記セパレータの前記バッテリーセルの方を向いた面に取付溝が設けられ、前記防水部材は、前記取付溝内に設けられている、請求項5に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記防水部材が発泡体である、請求項3~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記熱管理装置の表面に絶縁スプレー層が設けられている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記熱管理装置と前記バッテリーセルとの間に熱伝導性接着剤が設けられている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーは、前記バッテリーセルと前記熱管理装置との間に設けられており、前記熱伝導性接着剤が前記防爆弁に入ることを防止するための接着剤防止部材をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーを含む、受電機器。
