Claims (8)
- ベースプレートおよび前記ベースプレートを取り囲むガードビームを含み、前記ベースプレートおよび前記ガードビームが収容空間を形成するトレイと、
複数が前記収容空間に並んで配置されたセルスタックと、
を含み、各前記セルスタックが、
2つの開放端を有する本体、および前記本体の前記2つの開放端をそれぞれ閉じる第1端カバーおよび第2端カバーを含み、前記本体が上壁、下壁、第1側壁、および第2側壁を含む筐体と、
前記筐体内に収容され、垂直に積み重ねられた複数のセルグループを含み、各前記セルグループが1つまたはそれ以上のセルを含み、各前記セルの大表面が前記トレイの前記ベースプレートに対して平行であるセルアレイと、
を含み、前記第1側壁内および前記第2側壁内のうちの少なくとも1つに冷却流路が統合して形成され、
前記第1端カバーに前記セルアレイのタブに接続された出力電極が配置され、全ての前記出力電極が共面配置をなすように配置され、
前記第2端カバーが位置する前記第1側壁の一端に液体入口および液体出口が配置され、前記液体入口および前記液体出口が、それぞれ前記冷却流路に連通し、
隣接する前記液体入口を接続して、総液入口配管を形成し、隣接する前記液体出口を接続して、総液出口配管を形成し、前記総液入口配管および前記総液出口配管が、前記第2端カバーの一側に近接して配置された電池パック。 - 前記第1側壁が、前記上壁、前記下壁、および前記第2側壁から分離して配置され、前記冷却流路が、前記第1側壁に配置された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記冷却流路が、前記上壁または前記下壁に形成された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記セルアレイと前記筐体の内表面の間に熱伝導構造用接着剤が充填された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記熱伝導構造用接着剤が、少なくとも前記セルアレイと前記冷却流路が形成された前記第1側壁の間に充填された請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記第1側壁の前記第2端カバーに近接する一端が、前記第2端カバーから突出して、延伸部を形成し、前記液体入口および前記液体出口が、前記延伸部上に配置された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 各前記セルスタックと前記トレイの前記ベースプレートの間に構造用接着剤が充填され、隣接する前記セルスタックの間に熱伝導構造用接着剤が充填された請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 各前記セルスタックと前記構造用接着剤および/または前記熱伝導構造用接着剤の間に着脱可能なホットプレスフィルムが配置された請求項7に記載の電池パック。
