Description
本実施形態の腐葉土の製造方法は、自然の材料を用いて、堆積工程と発酵工程と攪拌工程とが行われ、それぞれの工程を工夫することにより、好気性分解により製造中でもほぼ無臭な状況で、自然界の形成される腐葉土と同等な腐葉土を、自然界での形成に比べ短期間で製造することができる。
図1は、本実施形態の腐葉土の製造方法を示す製造工程図である。図2は、本実施形態における堆積層の断面である。
堆積工程S1は、腐葉土の原料を堆積する工程であり、より詳しくは、樹根層工程S101と刈草層工程S102と枝葉層工程S103からなる。

- 腐葉土原料を堆積する堆積工程と、堆積物を発酵させる発酵工程と、発酵した堆積物を攪拌する攪拌工程と、からなる腐葉土の製造方法において、
前記堆積工程は、
樹根を敷き均して樹根層を形成する樹根層工程と、
前記樹根層の上に刈り草を敷き均して刈草層を形成する刈草層工程と、
前記刈草層の上に粉砕した枝葉を敷き均して枝葉層を形成する枝葉層工程と、
を含み、
前記攪拌工程は、前記樹根層の上の前記刈草層と前記枝葉層を攪拌することを特徴とする腐葉土の製造方法。 - 前記堆積工程における前記刈草層工程と前記枝葉層工程を繰り返して積層することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐葉土の製造方法。
- 前記枝葉層工程における粉砕した前記枝葉は、前記枝葉層を形成する前に、堆積して発酵を行う枝葉発酵工程を経たものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐葉土の製造方法。
- 前記枝葉層工程における前記枝葉は、生木を用いたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐葉土の製造方法。
