Description

Applicable to Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Act. Sold by Sekisui House Co., Ltd. on May 7, 2020.

The present invention relates to an interior wall trim structure that uses trim materials with excellent workability and is used for the interior walls of buildings, such as dirt floors, living rooms, and corridors.

In general, in residential interiors, various types of decorative materials are used for trimmings, such as baseboards installed between the bottom of an interior wall and the floor, and decorative frames installed around openings in interior walls.

In particular, raised tile walls are often used in dirt floors, and when the tiles meet the wallpaper and plasterboard, the top corners of the tiles are exposed, making it unsafe and unsightly.

Patent Document 1 relates to the joint structure of interior wall materials in buildings, and proposes a trim material that hides the upper end of the surface material at the bottom of the joint while also having a rounded edge.

However, the joint structure described in Patent Document 1 has a complex shape, which makes it difficult to produce and work on-site, and it is difficult to apply cutting and other processes.

The present invention aims to provide a trim structure using trim materials that have three-dimensional trim edges that are also aesthetically pleasing, hide the top ends of surface materials such as tiles, and thus avoid the risk of hitting the top corners, while also being easy to work with on-site.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an interior wall trim structure that uses a base material, an upper surface material, a lower surface material, and a trim material used for the interior walls of a building, and is characterized in that the trim material comprises a partition plate that separates the upper surface material from the lower surface material, a back surface plate that is connected to the partition plate at a right angle and adjacent to the back surface of the upper surface material, a trim edge that protrudes downward from one end of a longitudinal side of the partition plate so as to be lower than the bottommost part of the back surface plate, covers the upper corner of the lower surface material, and has a rounded upper edge shape, and a number of holes that are provided continuously at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the back surface plate and through which fastening members are inserted to fix the trim material to the base material.

Preferably, the trim material is characterized in that the partition plate and the back plate are connected so that a gap is formed between the lower surface material, the partition plate, and the trim edge.

Preferably, the trim material is used as a corner accessory by connecting the partition plate and the trim edge at one end of the short side of the trim material so that the corners are rounded.

According to the features of the present invention, the material is used as a trim material in the trim structure of an interior wall, and the trim edge of the trim material protrudes downward, hiding the upper corner of the lower surface material to ensure the safety of workers and residents during construction, and because the upper edge of the trim edge is rounded, it can be designed in a three-dimensional way to enhance its aesthetic appeal. As it does not warp when cut, it can be cut on-site, making it a highly versatile trim material.

In addition, by using a trim material that connects the back panel and the partition plate so that a gap is formed between the lower surface material and the partition plate and the trim edge, excess mortar, adhesive, etc. can be hidden in the gap.

By using it as a corner accessory, the versatility of the trim material is expanded, and it can be used on a variety of interior walls. In addition, by connecting the partition plates and trim edges at the longitudinal ends of the trim materials so that the corners are rounded, residents are less likely to get injured if they bump into the corner.

1 is a schematic perspective view showing a parting material used in the parting structure of an inner wall according to the present invention; 図1のA-A断面図。2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1 . This is an installation diagram showing an embodiment used to border a tiled raised wall and an interior wall in a dirt floor. Schematic oblique view of a corner fitting showing a second embodiment of the trim material.

The trim structure according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The trim material 1 used in the trim structure for an interior wall 2 according to the present invention is provided on the interior wall 2 of a room such as a dirt floor, living room, or corridor, and has an overall elongated shape. It is mainly made of inexpensive aluminum that is easy to process on-site. The trim material 1 can also be easily painted. Painting can create a luxurious feel, making the trim material 1 suitable for the design of the interior wall 2.

As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the trim 1 is connected between the connecting surfaces 2a2, 2b2 of the upper panel 2a and the lower panel 2b, and the back panel 7 is connected adjacent to the back surface 2a3 of the upper panel 2a so as to be perpendicular to the partition panel 3. The back panel 7 has holes 6 for driving fastening members 5 into the base material 4 installed on the back surface of the upper panel 2a in a row in the longitudinal direction at intervals of 500 mm. The upper edge 8a of the trim edge 8 at the end of the partition panel 3 is rounded. The longitudinal length L of the trim 1 is 3000 mm, but the length L can be changed at any time by cutting it according to the length of the upper panel 2a and the lower panel 2b of the inner wall 2.

Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the trim material 1. The cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the trim material 1 is approximately L-shaped. The height H of the back plate 7 is 24 mm, the thickness T is 1.5 mm, the depth D of the partition plate 3 is 17 mm, and the visible height Hd is 4 mm. The productivity of the trim material 1 can be increased by producing it in the standardized size described above, rather than producing it as a custom-made product in which the size is determined individually and ordered. In addition, when using the trim material 1 on-site, if the trim material 1 is used to be connected continuously or if one side of the inner wall 2 is 3000 mm or less, the length L of the longitudinal direction of the trim material 1 is as long as 3000 mm, so that the end of the trim material 1 may have to be cut on-site to match the end of one side of the inner wall 2. The material of the trim material 1 is aluminum, and the thickness T is as thin as 1.5 mm, so that cutting can be easily performed on-site. Furthermore, by increasing the visible height Hd to 4 mm, it is possible to prevent the trim edge 8 and the partition plate 3 from warping when cutting. In this way, it is possible to create a trim material 1 that is easy to process and highly productive for on-site applications. Furthermore, the size of the trim material 1 can be changed at any time depending on the structure of the inner wall 2, as long as it can be cut and does not warp.

The partition plate 3 is a plate for separating the upper panel 2a and the lower panel 2b, and is connected to the back panel 7 at a right angle. In this case, instead of connecting to the lowest part of the back panel 7, it may be connected to the partition plate 3 at a point slightly above the lowest part. In this case, a blank area 9 with a height of 1 mm to 3 mm is formed in the space between the lower panel 2b, the partition plate 3, and the trim edge 8.

The trim edge 8 is provided at one end of the long side of the partition plate 3, and the upper edge 8a of the trim edge 8 is rounded and formed to protrude downward from the lowest part of the back plate 7. A slope 8c that contacts the upper corner of the lower surface material 2b is formed on the back surface of the trim edge 8 on the lower surface material 2b side. The slope 8c contacts the upper corner of the lower surface material 2b and covers the upper corner, so that the risk of workers hitting the upper corner when carrying out construction or when residents lean against the wall can be avoided. Furthermore, the visible height Hd and the visible projection Df of the trim edge 8 create a three-dimensional design, and the upper edge 8a is made rounded to increase the hotel-like spatial presentation and improve the design of the inner wall 2. As mentioned above, if the visible height Hd of the trim 8 is 4 mm or less, the partition plate 3 and the trim 8 may warp when cut, making it impossible to use as the trim material 1, but if the visible height Hd is 4 mm or more, the partition plate 3 and the trim 8 will not warp. Conversely, if the visible height Hd is too long, it will be difficult to cut the trim 1, and the trim 8 will have a large presence after the trim 1 is installed, which is not good from a design perspective, so it is necessary to set the optimum trim height Hd to suit these factors.

Figure 3 shows an example of how the trim material 1 is fitted to a dirt floor. In this example, the lower surface material 2b is a rising wall 12 made of tiles 10 and a mortar base 11, and the upper surface material 2a is interior materials such as gypsum board 13 and non-combustible decorative board 14. The floor is covered with tiles 10 fixed to the mortar base 11 with mortar, and the lower surface material 2b is a tile rising wall 12 formed by fixing tiles 10 to the mortar base 11 with mortar. The partition plate 3 of the trim material 1 is installed between the connecting surface 2b2 of the tile rising wall 12, which is the lower surface material 2b, and the connecting surface 2a2 of the upper surface material 2a, and the back panel 7 connected to the partition plate 3 at a right angle is adjacent to the back surface 2a3 of the upper surface material 2a. The lower panel 2b is grounded at two points: the slope 8c of the trim 8 and the bottom of the back panel 7, and a blank area 9 is formed in the space between the lower panel 2b, the partition plate 3, and the trim 8. The trim 8 at one end of the longitudinal side of the partition plate 3 is exposed on the surfaces 2a1 and 2b1 of the upper panel 2a and the lower panel 2b, and the upper edge 8a protrudes downward in a rounded shape, hiding the upper corners of the tiles 10 of the tile rise wall 12. Therefore, residents do not need to worry about bumping into the upper corners.

On the top of the partition board 3, the upper surface material 2a, which is the gypsum board 13 and non-combustible decorative board 14, is installed. A base material 4 is installed on the back surface 2a3 of the lower end of the trim material 1 and the gypsum board 13, and the trim material 1 and the gypsum board 13 are fixed by inserting holes 6 into the base material 4 and hammering them with fastening members 5 such as screws. The trim material 1 also has the effect of making it difficult for moisture from the tiles 10 to be transmitted to the gypsum board 13 and the non-combustible decorative board 14. The lower surface material 2b is not limited to the rising wall 12 of the tiles 10 and mortar base 11, but may be a baseboard, a waist wall, a tatami mat, etc.

When actually implementing the method, first, the fastening members 5 are nailed to the base material 4 through the holes 6 of the trim material 1 to fix the material. Holes 6 are formed at intervals of 500 mm, but if necessary, new holes 6 can be formed on-site and fastening members 5 can be nailed to them. After that, the lower end of the gypsum board 13 is attached to the base material 4 by nailing the fastening members 5 to it. Then, the non-combustible decorative board 14 is attached to the gypsum board 13. At this time, the length of the trimmings Df of the trimmings 1 can be determined depending on the thickness of the gypsum board 13 or the non-combustible decorative board 14. For example, since the depth D of the partition board 3 is 17 mm, if the thickness of the gypsum board 13 is 12.5 mm and the thickness of the non-combustible decorative board 14 is 3 mm, the length of the trimmings Df can be 1.5 mm. Since there are various types of gypsum boards 13 and non-combustible decorative boards 14, the length of the trimmings Df can be changed depending on the type of gypsum board 13 or the non-combustible decorative board 14, and the design of the interior wall 2 can be varied. Finally, mortar is used to attach the tiles 10 to the mortar base 11. As shown in FIG. 3, even if the mortar overflows from the tile during attachment, the excess mortar M is hidden by being buried in the blank areas 9 of the trim 1, which has the effect of improving the appearance of the design.

Figure 4 shows a corner fitting 15 as a second embodiment of the trim material 1, in which the partition plate 3 and the trim edge 8 at one end of the short side of the trim materials 1 are connected by welding to form rounded corners. As with the trim material 1, the corner fitting 15 also hides the corners of the lower surface material 2b and the corners of the protruding corners with the trim edge 8, thereby ensuring the safety of residents and others. When welding, the burner is applied from the direction of the back side of the protruding corner so that the burn marks are not noticeable. By applying the burner from the back side, the area where the burner hits can be minimized. Even if some burn marks remain, they will only remain on the back side, so by attaching it to the inner wall 2, the burn marks can be hidden with the gypsum board 13 or the non-combustible decorative board 14, and there is no problem with the design because there are no burn marks on the front side. When installing, like the trim material 1, the corner fitting 15 is first fixed to the base material 4 with the fastening members 5, then the gypsum board 13 is placed on the corner fitting 15 and fixed to the base material 4 with the fastening members 5, and finally the lower surface material 2b such as the tile 10 is attached with mortar or adhesive. The corner fitting 15 also has a blank space 9, so excess mortar M and adhesive can be hidden in the blank space 9. In addition, although the trim materials 1 are connected to each other at a right angle in FIG. 4, the angle can be freely determined without being a right angle if necessary, and the trim material 1 can be used for interior walls 2 with various corners, increasing versatility.

The trim structure of the present invention is suitable for use in trimming interior walls 2 of buildings, such as dirt floors, living rooms, and corridors.
