Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a bag of instant noodles, which is made up of dried noodles and soup base powder and can be eaten as a noodle soup such as ramen when hot water is poured over it, and which are stored in a bag.

Commercially available instant cup noodles are popular because they are easy to carry and eat, and are made up of a cup-shaped container that can be held in the hand and eaten with chopsticks, containing dried noodles, soup base powder, and dried ingredients, or the soup base powder and dried ingredients are stored in a separate plastic pouch that is stored together with the dried noodles, or the dried noodles themselves are seasoned and only the dried noodles are stored with the top opening sealed.

Such instant noodles are prepared by opening the top of a cup-shaped container, optionally removing and opening a plastic pouch inside, adding soup base powder and dried ingredients from the plastic pouch into the container, pouring hot water into the container, waiting a few minutes, and eating the completed noodle soup (for example, ramen) with chopsticks.

Among these, products that contain instant noodles consisting of dried noodles, soup base powder, and dried ingredients in a cup-shaped container with the top opening sealed are extremely popular because they are very easy to make and can be eaten anywhere; simply open the container, pour in hot water, and wait to enjoy noodle soup such as ramen.

The applicant has invented a revolutionary portable food storage container that can be used by storing dried noodles cut into drinkable pieces and soup powder on top of a special partition installed at a specified height inside a portable container (drink bottle) such as a plastic bottle or water bottle that can be tilted by hand, and then pouring hot water into it, allowing the user to drink the noodles with a small amount of soup without using chopsticks. Furthermore, because the production of a PET bottle with such a special partition would require a large initial investment in manufacturing facilities, the applicant also invented a food support device that can easily be equipped with the special partition of this invention, that is, a food support device that can be inserted into a commercially available water bottle (an existing water bottle that can be held with one hand and drunk from) to realize the above basic invention. In other words, with the inventions of these applicants, for example, the basic invention of Patent Document 1 can be realized by inserting the support device invention of Patent Document 2 into a commercially available water bottle, placing shredded noodles or the like on top of the food support device inside the water bottle, pouring in hot water, and waiting a few minutes. By holding the water bottle in your hand and tilting it, you can drink the noodles in the noodle soup (for example, ramen) along with just a small amount of soup, and you can drink ramen with one hand anywhere without chopsticks.

The present invention aims to provide an epoch-making bagged instant noodles which will enable the basic invention of Patent Document 1 to be easily realized by the invention of the food support tool of Patent Document 2, so that, for example, ramen can be eaten without chopsticks, and which will become widespread, thereby further reducing the cost of production and leading to the widespread use of the basic invention, i.e., instant noodles that can be eaten with one hand, surpassing conventional cup instant noodles.

The gist of the present invention will be explained with reference to the attached drawings.

The present invention relates to bagged instant noodles, which are comprised of instant noodles stored in a bag 3 and which consist of dried noodles 1 and soup base powder 2 that can be filled with noodle soup by pouring hot water over them, the dried noodles 1 being comprised of a large number of shredded noodles of a size suitable for drinking, and a narrow, tapered pouring section 5 that is set to a width smaller than the opening diameter of a beverage bottle opening 4 that is the drinking spout of a commercially available water bottle S and which is capable of pouring the dried noodles 1 in the bag 3 by inserting the narrow pouring section 5 into the opening 4 and tilting it is provided in a protruding state on the upper part of the wide bag 3, and by cutting and opening the tip of the narrow pouring section 5, the bag 3 is turned upside down and the narrow pouring section 5 is inserted into the beverage bottle opening 4, so that the dried noodles 1 and soup base powder 2 consisting of the large number of shredded noodles of a size suitable for drinking are discharged and stored in the water bottle S.

The narrow pouring section 5 is also configured to have an enlarged opening fold 7 that opens the tip wide when the tip is opened by manually cutting off the opening cutout 6 provided at the tip and holding the opened tip with the fingers. This relates to the instant noodles in a bag as described in claim 1.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the basic invention of Patent Document 1 can be easily realized by the invention of the food support tool of Patent Document 2, and for example, it will be possible to eat ramen without chopsticks. This will become widespread, thereby further reducing the cost of production and leading to the widespread use of the basic invention, i.e., instant noodles that can be eaten with one hand, surpassing conventional cup instant noodles, resulting in a revolutionary bagged instant noodle.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be briefly explained below, showing the operation of the invention based on the drawings.

The narrow pouring part 5 of the bag body 3 is opened by cutting off the tip thereof, and then the narrow pouring part 5 is turned upside down and inserted into a beverage bottle opening 4 of a drinking spout of a commercially available water bottle S, whereby dried noodles 1 consisting of a large number of shredded noodles of a size suitable for drinking, for example, soup base powder 2 and dried ingredients 8 can be poured in.

That is, you can simply pour instant noodles, consisting of dried noodles 1 , soup base powder 2, dried ingredients, etc., into a water bottle S (drinking bottle), and then pour in hot water to create a noodle soup such as ramen, which you can drink by tilting it with one hand without using chopsticks. In this way, the present invention provides a water bottle S with a special partition section P according to the present invention based on the applicant's Patent Document 1; for example, a food support Q according to the applicant's Patent Document 2, which is equipped with this special partition section P, is inserted and installed to provide this special partition section P inside the water bottle S; as described above, the narrow pour section 5 is opened and the water bottle S is turned upside down, and the narrow pour section 5 is inserted into the beverage bottle opening 4 of the water bottle S and poured in; simply by pouring in hot water, the noodle soup is complete; and by simply holding the water bottle S in your hand and tilting it, you can drink the chopped noodles along with just a small amount of soup, and you can enjoy drinking ramen, for example, with one hand, anywhere, without chopsticks.

Specific examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In this embodiment, a noodle soup such as ramen is prepared by pouring hot water over it, and the instant noodles in a bag are prepared by storing dried noodles 1, which are made up of a large number of shredded noodles cut into pieces of a size suitable for drinking, soup base powder 2, and dried ingredients 8 (instant noodles) in a bag 3.

In this embodiment, the water bottle S (drinking bottle) is a hand-held cup-shaped water bottle S with a diameter of approximately 5 cm to 10 cm, and by unscrewing the lid 9 screwed onto the top, the upper opening (drinking bottle opening 4) of the hand-held cup-shaped main body 10 opens wide as a drinking spout. Specifically, the bag 3 containing the dried noodles 1 made of these shredded noodles is configured in a shape such that a narrow pouring section 5 protrudes from the upper part and is set to a width smaller than the opening diameter of the beverage bottle opening 4 so that the beverage can be poured by inserting it into the opening 4.

To explain further, in this embodiment, the tip of the narrow pouring portion 5 is cut open, and the bag body 3 is turned upside down so that the narrow pouring portion 5 can be easily inserted into the beverage bottle opening 4. By simply inserting the narrow pouring portion 5 in this manner, the dried noodles 1, which consist of a large number of shredded noodles of a size suitable for drinking, the soup base powder 2, and the dried ingredients 8 are discharged into the water bottle S.

In this embodiment (Example 1), the narrow pouring section 5 is provided in a protruding state on the upper part of the wide main body of the bag body 3, and further, this narrow pouring section 5 is tapered to make it easier to insert.

Also, the tip of the narrow pouring section 5 may be configured so that it can be opened by manually cutting off the opening cutout 6, and the opened tip may be held between the fingers to open the tip wide by providing an enlarged opening fold 7. (Example 3)

Also, as in this third embodiment, the bag body 3 may be constructed with a shape and material that allows it to stand on its own.

The special partition P (food support part P) of the basic invention of Patent Document 1 and the food support device Q of Patent Document 2, which is inserted into a water bottle S and has a special partition P (food support part P), are described below with reference to Patent Documents 1 and 2.

The special partition part P (food support part P) is installed at a predetermined height in a portable food storage container (such as a plastic bottle or a water bottle S) that is configured so that the stored beverage and food ingredients can be poured into the mouth from a drinking spout part (beverage bottle opening 4) installed at the top of the container body (main body part 10 of a water bottle S) by holding it in the hand and tilting it, and is configured to be installed at a predetermined height inside the container as an upper and lower partition, with a water passage hole set to a size that does not allow food ingredients (such as dried noodles 1) to pass through but allows the beverage (soup) to pass through.

Specifically, the special partition section P is configured so that, for example, in a food storage state in which the beverage is stored within the container body and the food ingredients are supported by the special partition section P (food ingredient support section P), when the container body is tilted with the hand holding it to pour the beverage into the mouth from the spout section, the amount of the beverage flowing out from the bottom to the top of the food ingredient support section P is restricted through the water passage hole of the food ingredient support section P, and the food ingredients on the food ingredient support section P are poured into the mouth from the spout section along with the restricted small amount of the beverage that flows out, and the placement height within the container body and the total opening area or opening position of the water passage hole are set so that the food ingredients can be eaten by tilting the container body with the hand without using eating and drinking aids (chopsticks).

For example, this food support part P is provided with a closed support surface part where the water passage holes are not formed on the food support surface, and a beverage regulating outflow support surface part where a plurality of the water passage holes are formed in parallel to regulate the amount of the beverage flowing from the bottom to the top, and for example, this closed support surface part is provided in the center or on one half of the surface, and the beverage regulating outflow support surface part is provided on the periphery of this food support part or on the opposite half of the one half.

The food support tool Q, which can be inserted into a commercially available water bottle S to provide the special partition P (food support part P), is provided with an installation leg 11 on the food support part P that abuts against the bottom of the container body (body part 10 of the water bottle S) to position the food support part P at a specified height, and is also provided with a removable grip part 12 that can be gripped when placing or removing the food support part P.

Specifically, the food support portion P is configured, for example, in a flat plate, dish, or cup shape that is placed in close contact with the inner surface of the container body and is partitioned into upper and lower parts.

In other words, the food support device Q can be easily stored and positioned at a specified height within the container body (main body 10 of a commercially available water bottle S) by simply inserting the rod-shaped installation legs 11 into the container body with the rod-shaped installation legs 11 in contact with the bottom.

The present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and the specific configuration of each component can be designed as appropriate.
