Description
本発明の実施の形態に係るタイヤについて図1乃至図6を参照して説明する。なお、本発明に使用するナノ分散液は、自動車や自転車などの乗り物用のタイヤに限定されず、表面の抵抗性能やグリップ性能を改善する必要性がある様々な材料に適用できる。
次に、本実施の形態に係るタイヤを用いた実施例と、従来例のエコタイヤとの比較試験を行った。なお、以下の比較試験は、本実施の形態に係るタイヤを使用した場合、従来例に比較して直進走行時の転がり抵抗、及びカーブ走行でのグリップ性能の向上効果があるかを判断するための試験である。
実施例1,2、及び比較例1,2の電流値を電流計47によりそれぞれ測定し、表1にまとめた。

Claims (4)
- 少なくとも径がシングルナノレベルとなる金属酸化物を含有する分散液に含まれる当該金属酸化物を付着した接地面を有し、
前記分散液は、イソプロピルアルコール(IPA)と酸化チタンと水により構成された酸化チタン分散液であり、且つ、当該酸化チタン分散液において酸化チタンは0.01~1wt%の範囲で配合された分散液であり、
前記酸化チタン分散液の配合割合はIPA 4wt%、酸化チタン0.04wt%、水 95.96wt%である、ことを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 前記金属酸化物の径は、3-8nmの範囲であり、
前記金属酸化物は、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛、酸化タングステン、酸化鉄、酸化銅、酸化ニッケル、酸化アルミ、及び酸化ジルコニウムの少なくとも1つを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のタイヤ。 - 少なくとも前記請求項1記載の分散液をタイヤの表面に均一に塗工する工程を含む、ことを特徴とするタイヤの塗工方法。
- 前記分散液は、タイヤの表面上に噴霧又は塗布される、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載のタイヤの塗工方法。
