Description

This invention relates to a heating device that can achieve good heating effects with both radiant heating and warm air heating.

(例えば、特許文献1) In the past, this type of heater passed the combustion gas generated by combustion in the combustion section through a transparent outer tube that formed a sealed combustion chamber connecting the combustion section and the radiator, heating the red-hot tube inside the outer tube to a red-hot state, reflecting the red-hot tube with a reflector surrounding the outer tube and radiating it from the front to perform radiant heating, while circulating the combustion gas that passed through the outer tube into the radiator above the outer tube, and blowing indoor air into the radiator using a hot air fan, turning it into hot air through heat exchange with the radiator and releasing it from the air outlet on the front of the main body, heating the room with the hot air.

However, in this conventional device, an exhaust elbow that connects the exhaust pipe that exhausts combustion gas outdoors to the heat exchanger is located inside the device. However, if the exhaust elbow is located on the left side of the external cylinder when viewed from the front, the hot air fan located on the back of the device is shifted to the right side of the external cylinder. As a result, the amount of air flowing on the left side of the external cylinder is less than the amount of air flowing on the right side of the external cylinder when viewed from the front, causing the temperature of the space to the left of the external cylinder to rise. Furthermore, this hot air flows to the bottom left side of the device and flows onto the floor through holes formed in the stand on which the device body is placed, causing the temperature of the floor to rise.

In order to solve the above problem, claim 1 of the present invention provides a heating device that includes an appliance body, a stand on which the appliance body is placed, a combustion section that performs combustion, a glow tube that is heated by the combustion gas generated by the combustion, an outer tube in which the glow tube is installed, a radiator to which the outer tube is connected, an exhaust elbow that is connected at one end to the radiator and at the other end to an exhaust tube that exhausts to the outdoors, a reflector that surrounds the rear side of the outer tube, and a hot air fan that is attached to the rear of the appliance body behind the reflector, the exhaust elbow is located in the space between the rear of the appliance body and the reflector, and an air outlet is provided at the top of the front of the appliance body, and a ventilation section with multiple vertically long circular holes is provided at the top of the part of the reflector that is located in front of the exhaust elbow.

In addition, in claim 2, the ventilation section is disposed at the height of the connection point between the exhaust elbow and the radiator.

In addition, in claim 3, the portion of the stand located below the exhaust elbow is covered with a stand heat shield.

According to claim 1 of this invention, a ventilation section with a plurality of elongated circular holes is provided at the upper part of the part of the reflector located in front of the exhaust elbow, so that hot air near the exhaust elbow flows from the ventilation section to the front of the appliance, preventing hot air from remaining near the exhaust elbow, and thereby lowering the temperature of the air near the exhaust elbow.
In addition, since the ventilation sections are formed as a plurality of vertically elongated circular holes, the exhaust elbow is less visible, and the appearance is prevented from being poor.

According to claim 2, a ventilation section with multiple vertically long circular holes is provided at the height of the connection point between the exhaust elbow and the radiator in the reflector, so that air passes through the connection point between the exhaust elbow and the radiator, which is the first to be heated by the combustion gas flowing from the radiator to the exhaust elbow and is therefore at its hottest, and flows into the ventilation section, thereby efficiently lowering the temperature of the air near the exhaust elbow.

Furthermore, according to claim 3, the portion of the stand located below the exhaust elbow is covered with a heat shielding plate for the stand, so that air does not flow onto the floor through the holes formed in the stand, preventing the floor temperature from becoming too high. Furthermore, by preventing air from flowing through the holes in the stand located below the exhaust elbow, more air can flow through the ventilation section of the reflector.

Reference numeral 9 denotes a red-hot cylinder that is heated in the combustion section 6 and becomes red-hot, reference numeral 10 denotes an outer cylinder made of heat-resistant glass that covers the red-hot cylinder 9, and reference numeral 11 denotes a reflector provided on the back side of the outer cylinder 10, which reflects the red-hot state of the red-hot cylinder 9 and radiates it into the room, thereby providing radiant heating.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a ventilation section formed on the upper left side of the reflector 11 when viewed from the front, and is provided with a plurality of vertically elongated circular holes 13 arranged in a staggered pattern at a height position between the connection point of an exhaust elbow 17 and a radiator 16, which will be described later.
Reference numeral 14 denotes a horizontal reflector provided integrally with the reflector 11, which divides the interior of the device body 1 into upper and lower sections, with the outer tube 10 standing upright from an outer tube hole 15 formed approximately in the center.

Reference numeral 16 denotes a radiator provided above the outer tube 10, and the outer tube 10 is connected to this radiator 16 via a connecting tube 16a provided in the center of the lower part. The combustion gas after passing through the red-hot tube 9 flows inside and exchanges heat with the indoor air, and warm air is blown into the room from an outlet 4 formed at the upper part of a front panel 5 installed on the front of the main body 1 of the appliance, thereby providing warm air heating as well as radiant heating.
Here, the ventilation portion 12 is located at a height of the reflector plate 11 corresponding to the connecting tube 16a.

17 is a roughly L-shaped exhaust elbow that is disposed between the reflector 11 and the rear panel 18 of the fixture body 1, and is located to the left of the outer tube 10 when viewed from the front of the fixture body 1. One end is connected to the radiator 16, and the other end is connected to the exhaust pipe of the supply and exhaust pipe (not shown) provided on the rear of the fixture body 1, and discharges the exhaust gas that has exchanged heat with the indoor air in the radiator 16 to the outside.

Reference numeral 19 denotes a hot air fan that is mounted on the rear panel 18 of the appliance body 1 and is surrounded by a fan guard 20. The hot air fan 19 is driven at a predetermined rotation speed according to the heat output set on the operation unit 2, and blows the air heated by the radiator 16 into the room from the air outlet 4 as hot air.
Furthermore, since the exhaust elbow 17 is located on the left side of the outer tube 10 when viewed from the front of the appliance body 1, if the hot air fan 19 is positioned so that the appliance body 1 does not become larger, the center of the hot air fan 19 will be shifted by a distance A in the direction away from the exhaust elbow 17 relative to the center of the outer tube 10 as shown in Figure 4.

21 is the stand on which the instrument body 1 is placed, and has multiple cutout holes 22 formed therein to provide cutouts for fixing parts, and the cutout holes 22 on the side where the exhaust elbow 17 is located are blocked by a stand heat shield plate 23.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
When the user presses the operation switch on the operation unit 2 while the heating appliance is stopped, the ignition heater is energized, the combustion fan is driven at low speed, and the temperature of the pot burner 7 is gradually increased. Next, when a predetermined time has passed since the ignition heater was energized and the temperature of the pot burner 7 reaches or exceeds a predetermined temperature, the electromagnetic pump 8 starts to be driven and the rotation speed of the combustion fan is slightly increased. The fuel delivered from the electromagnetic pump 8 is then vaporized and ignited by the ignition heater.

??Then, the amount of oil pumped by the electromagnetic pump 8 and the rotation speed of the combustion fan are increased in stages, and in the process, if the temperature of the pot burner 7 rises, the ignition heater is turned off because combustion can continue without energizing it. Then, when the ignition operation is completed, the system transitions to main combustion, in which the amount of oil pumped by the electromagnetic pump 8 is automatically controlled according to conditions such as the current room temperature so that the room temperature specified by the user via the operation unit 2 is achieved.

The combustion gas rises from the pot burner 7, passes through the inside of the outer cylinder 10 and flows into the radiator 16, at which time the red-hot cylinder 9 inside the outer cylinder 10 is heated by the combustion gas and emits radiant heat.
The combustion gas flowing into the radiator 16 passes through an exhaust elbow 17 and is discharged to the outside of the room through the exhaust stack of the intake and exhaust stack.

At this time, the high temperature exhaust gas causes the radiator 16 and exhaust elbow 17 to become very hot, but the hot air fan 19 installed on the back panel 18 of the main body 1 of the appliance is driven, causing indoor air to flow through the radiator 16 and exhaust elbow 17, exchanging heat, and the air is then blown out into the room as hot air from the air outlet 4 at the top front of the main body 1.

Here, the center of the hot air fan 19 is offset away from the exhaust elbow 17 relative to the center of the outer tube 10, and so the amount of air blown on the exhaust elbow 17 side, i.e., the left side of the outer tube 10 when viewed from the front of the fixture body 1, is less than the right side of the outer tube 10. As a result, the temperature of the air near the exhaust elbow 17 becomes higher. In the past, this heated air would flow through the cutout hole 22 in the stand 21 to the floor surface, raising the temperature of the floor surface. However, in this embodiment, a ventilation section 12 is formed at the top of the reflector 11, at a location located in front of the exhaust elbow 17, so that the air near the exhaust elbow 17 can flow smoothly to the front of the fixture body 1, lowering the temperature of the air near the exhaust elbow 17.
Further, since the ventilation section 12 is provided with a plurality of circular holes 13 arranged in a staggered pattern, the exhaust elbow 17 is difficult to see through the holes, and this prevents the appearance from being poor.

In addition, the ventilation section 12 is provided with multiple vertically elongated circular holes 13 at the height of the connection between the exhaust elbow 17 and the radiator 16. This allows air to pass through the connection between the exhaust elbow 17 and the radiator 16, which is the first to be heated by the combustion gas flowing from the radiator 16 to the exhaust elbow 17 and is therefore at its hottest, and then flows into the ventilation section 12, thereby efficiently lowering the temperature of the air near the exhaust elbow 17.

In addition, the ventilation section 12 is located at the height of the connecting tube 16a that connects the outer tube 10 and the radiator 16, so it does not reduce the reflection of the red heat from the red-hot tube 9 inside the outer tube 10, and does not impair the feeling of warmth.

In addition, the cutout hole 22 on the side of the stand 21 where the exhaust elbow 17 is located is blocked by the stand heat shield 23, so that the air with high temperature near the exhaust elbow 17 does not flow through the cutout hole 22 of the stand 21 to the floor surface, preventing the temperature of the floor surface from rising.

Furthermore, since the air with a high temperature near the exhaust elbow 17 no longer flows onto the floor surface through the cutout hole 22 in the stand 21, the air with a high temperature near the exhaust elbow 17 can now flow through the ventilation section 12, making it possible to lower the temperature of the air near the exhaust elbow 17 even more efficiently.
