Description
The present invention relates to a control system and a control method for a control system.
There are systems that supply power to motors to drive them. For example, in a semiconductor exposure apparatus, a motor that moves the wafer finely to form a pattern on the wafer is mounted on a stage that moves the wafer to the exposure position, and a power supply cable that supplies power to drive the motor is connected to the stage. This cable moves in conjunction with the movement of the stage, so the tension in the cable affects the positioning accuracy of the stage. Therefore, it is being considered to make the power transmission for driving the motor wireless.
Furthermore, in recent years, there has been a demand for highly accurate control of the voltage applied to loads such as motors. For example, in semiconductor exposure apparatuses, to achieve high precision in stage positioning, it is necessary to apply a minute voltage of a few mV to the motor.
On the other hand, rectifier circuits commonly used in wireless power transmission are composed of diodes, but they cannot rectify voltages lower than the forward voltage and therefore cannot output minute voltages. In order to rectify lower voltages, a synchronous rectifier circuit using a switching element is required. Patent Document 1 describes the configuration of a system that transmits power wirelessly and rectifies it with a synchronous rectifier circuit.
In order to perform rectification using a synchronous rectifier circuit, it is necessary to perform switching operation of the switching element of the synchronous rectifier circuit with a phase synchronized with the waveform to be rectified. The system of Patent Document 1 detects the phase from the waveform to be rectified, which is received via wireless power transmission, and performs switching operation of the switching element of the synchronous rectifier circuit based on the detection result. The system realizes rectification operation by a self-driven synchronous rectifier that constantly detects the phase from the received waveform and adjusts the operating phase of the switching element.
However, when applying a small voltage to the load, the amplitude of the received radio wave due to wireless power transmission also becomes small. If the amplitude of the received radio wave falls below the detection limit of the phase detection circuit, an error will occur in the phase detection result, and rectification may not be performed properly.
The object of the present invention is to enable highly accurate control of the voltage applied to a load based on the power supplied by wireless power transmission.
The control system of the present invention includes a transmitting coil, a switching circuit that switches an input voltage using a first clock signal and applies the switched voltage to the transmitting coil, a receiving coil that receives power transmitted by the transmitting coil through electromagnetic coupling, a transmitting circuit that wirelessly transmits the first clock signal, a receiving circuit that wirelessly receives the first clock signal wirelessly transmitted by the transmitting circuit, a detection circuit that detects the phase of the voltage received by the receiving coil, a phase-shifting circuit that outputs a second clock signal obtained by shifting the phase of the first clock signal wirelessly received by the receiving circuit to match the phase detected by the detection circuit, and a rectifier circuit that rectifies the voltage received by the receiving coil using the second clock signal and applies the rectified voltage to a load, wherein the phase-shifting circuit shifts the phase of the first clock signal to match the phase detected by the detection circuit when the input voltage is set so that the voltage received by the receiving coil is greater than a voltage specified for the detection circuit .
According to the present invention, it is possible to control with high precision the voltage applied to the load based on the power supplied by wireless power transmission.

The power transmitting
The
The
The
The phase shift of the switching clock signal in the
2 is a diagram showing an example of the relationship of the output voltage of the
The following describes the problem with the method of adjusting the phase of the switching clock signal by constantly detecting the phase without retaining the amount of phase shift even after the
On the other hand, according to this embodiment, the
Second Embodiment
Next, a
3 is a timing chart showing an example of the operation of the
When the voltage received by the receiving
In the first and second embodiments, if it is desired to apply a voltage with an inverted positive/negative sign to the
Third Embodiment

4A is a diagram showing the delay time of the wirelessly supplied motor drive power and the wirelessly transmitted switching clock signal with respect to the position of the receiving
Figure 4 (b) is a diagram showing the delay time of the wirelessly supplied motor drive power and the wirelessly transmitted switching clock signal with respect to the position of the receiving
Furthermore, in the configuration of FIG. 4(b), the position of the receiving
In the first to third embodiments, the
