Description

The present invention relates to an information processing device and a program.

Health insurance association systems have traditionally been known to manage information on insured persons belonging to health insurance associations. Such health insurance association systems are configured to derive health insurance premiums based on the salary (including bonuses) paid to the insured person by the place of business (company) where the insured person works, and to process claims for health insurance premiums from the place of business.

Furthermore, such health insurance association systems are configured to manage information related to the salary paid to the insured person and to be able to edit that information. For example, even if the place of business where the insured person works changes due to a transfer or other reason, it is known that the amount of salary paid to the insured person can be changed by selecting a salary-related button located on the menu screen (see Patent Document 1).

However, conventional health insurance association systems were not able to manage salary information when an insured person works at multiple places of business, for example due to working multiple jobs. When an insured person is paid salary from multiple places of business, it is necessary to register a breakdown of salary amounts by place of business in order to derive the amount of health insurance premiums billed to each place of business, but conventional health insurance association systems did not allow for easy registration of this information.

The objective of the present invention is to make it easy to set the salary amount (or bonus amount) even when the insured person works at multiple places of business.

In order to solve the above problem, the information processing device of the present invention is characterized in that, when accepting a change in the amount of salary paid to an insured person, it comprises an acquisition means for acquiring the transfer date of the insured person related to the change in the salary amount, a determination means for determining whether the insured person worked at multiple places of business on the transfer date acquired by the acquisition means, and a display control means for displaying on a display unit a first input form for allowing a user to input the changed salary amount broken down by place of business when the determination means determines that the insured person worked at multiple places of business on the transfer date.

The information processing device of the present invention is also characterized by comprising: an acquisition means for acquiring the payment date of the bonus amount when accepting registration of the bonus amount to be paid to an insured person; a determination means for determining whether the insured person worked at multiple places of business on the payment date acquired by the acquisition means; and a display control means for displaying on the display unit a first input form for allowing a user to input the bonus amount broken down by place of business when the determination means determines that the insured person worked at multiple places of business on the payment date.

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily set the salary amount (or bonus amount) even when the insured person works at multiple places of business.

The following describes in detail an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated examples.

First, the device configuration of this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 4. Figure 1 is a block diagram showing a health insurance association system 1 of this embodiment. Figure 2 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of a health insurance association server 10. Figure 3 is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of a terminal device 20. Figure 4 is a diagram showing an example of the relationship between a health insurance association, a business establishment, and an insured person.

As shown in FIG. 1, the health insurance (health insurance) association system 1 of this embodiment is a server-client information processing system provided for a single health insurance association and managing information relating to that health insurance association.

A health insurance association manages information such as salaries and bonuses of employees working for a certain company (which is assumed to have multiple business locations (companies), such as group companies), as well as health insurance premiums. These employees are the insured persons under the health insurance. Furthermore, health insurance association system 1 manages information on insured persons who belong to one business location (those working at one business location) and insured persons who belong to two or more business locations (those working at two or more business locations).

As an example, consider the case where there are health insurance associations X and Y, as shown in Figure 4. Business establishments A, B, and C belong to health insurance association X. Business establishments D, E, and F belong to health insurance association Y. Insured persons I1, I2, and I3 belong (work) at business establishment A. Insured persons I3 and I4 belong to business establishment B. Insured persons I5, I6, and I7 belong to business establishment C. Insured persons I7, I8, and I9 belong to business establishment D.

Insured person I3 belongs to two workplaces A and B that belong to the same health insurance association X. This dual employment pattern is called dual employment type T1. Insured person I3 sets one of workplaces A and B (for example, workplace A) as the selected workplace, and sets the other non-selected workplace (for example, workplace B) as the non-selected workplace.

Insured person I7 also belongs to workplace C, which belongs to different health insurance association X, and workplace D, which belongs to health insurance association Y. This dual employment pattern is referred to as dual employment type T2. Insured person I7 also sets one of workplaces C or D (for example, workplace C) as a selected workplace, and sets the other non-selected workplace (for example, workplace D) as a non-selected workplace.

Health insurance society system 1 is, for example, an information processing system provided in health insurance society X. Health insurance society system 1 of health insurance society X manages information about health insurance society X, and therefore manages information about insured persons I1 to I7 who belong to workplaces A, B, and C. Furthermore, information about insured person I7 of dual employment type T2 is managed by one of the health insurance societies, and therefore is managed by health insurance society X, for example. Thus, the health insurance society system of health insurance society Y manages information about workplaces D, E, and F of health insurance society Y, and manages information about insured persons I8 and I9 who belong to them.

As shown in FIG. 1, the health insurance association system 1 comprises a health insurance association server 10 as an information processing device, a terminal device 20, and a printing device 30. Each device in the health insurance association system 1 is communicatively connected via a communication network N. Note that in the health insurance association system 1, there is one terminal device 20 and one printing device 30, but there may be multiple of each. The communication network N is, for example, a LAN (Local Area Network), but may also include other networks such as a WAN (Wide Area Network).

The health insurance association server 10 is an information processing device that manages information related to the health insurance association and performs processes such as changing that information. The terminal device 20 is a client device corresponding to the health insurance association server 10, and is operated by a user (operator) of the health insurance association to which the user belongs. The printing device 30 is a network printer that prints images on paper in response to print instructions from the health insurance association server 10 or the terminal device 20.

As shown in FIG. 2, the health insurance association server 10 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 11 as a setting means, a discrimination means, and a display control means, an operation unit 12, a RAM (Random Access Memory) 13, a display unit 14, a storage unit 15, and a communication unit 16. Each unit of the health insurance association server 10 is connected to each other via a bus 17.

The CPU 11 controls each part of the health insurance association server 10. The CPU 11 reads out a specified program from among the system programs and application programs stored in the memory unit 15, expands it in the work area of the RAM 13, and executes various processes in cooperation with the expanded program.

The operation unit 12 has a keyboard and a pointing device such as a mouse, and accepts key input and position input from the administrator of the insurance association to which the user belongs, and outputs the operation information to the CPU 11.

The display unit 14 is composed of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) or an EL (Electro-Luminescence) display, and displays various display information in response to instructions from the CPU 11.

The memory unit 15 is a storage device that is composed of a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), etc., and stores various data and programs in a readable and writable manner. In particular, the memory unit 15 stores a business program P1 for executing business processing described below, an insured person (selected place of business) information management table 40, an insured person (non-selected place of business) information management table 60, an insurance premium (selected place of business) management table 80, and an insurance premium (non-selected place of business) management table 90.

The communication unit 16 has a network card and the like, and transmits and receives data to and from external devices. The CPU 11 communicates with the external devices, such as the terminal device 20 and the printing device 30, via the communication unit 16.

As shown in FIG. 3, the terminal device 20 includes a CPU 21, an operation unit 22, a RAM 23, a display unit 24, a storage unit 25, and a communication unit 26. The components of the terminal device 20 are connected to each other via a bus 27.

The CPU 21, operation unit 22, RAM 23, display unit 24, memory unit 25, and communication unit 26 are configured in the same manner as the CPU 11, operation unit 12, RAM 13, display unit 14, memory unit 15, and communication unit 16 of the health insurance association server 10, and differences will be mainly described.

The CPU 21 controls each part of the terminal device 20. The operation unit 22 accepts key inputs and position inputs from users of the insurance association to which the user belongs, and outputs the operation information to the CPU 21. The CPU 21 also communicates with the health insurance association server 10 and the printing device 30 as external devices via the communication unit 26.

Next, the information stored in the memory unit 15 of the health insurance association server 10 will be described with reference to Figures 5 to 7. Figure 5(a) is a diagram showing the configuration of the insured person (selected place of business) information management table 40. Figure 5(b) is a diagram showing the configuration of the insured person (non-selected place of business) information management table 60. The insured person (selected place of business) information management table 40 stored in the memory unit 15 is a table that has information (insured person information) about the selected place of business and the insured person. As shown in FIG. 5(a), the insured person (selected place of business) information management table 40 has items (columns) such as selected place of business number 41, selected place of business name 42, selected place of business certificate number 43, work category 44, name (kana) 45, total salary at selected place of business 46, monthly amount at selected place of business 47, start date 48, end date 49..., salary information 50..., bonus information 51..., etc. The records in the insured person (selected place of business) information management table 40 are information on an insured person basis.

Selected establishment number 41 is the identification number of the selected establishment. Work category 44 indicates the work category of the insured person at the selected establishment with selected establishment number 41; specifically, a work category in which the insured person works at one establishment is designated "0," and a work category in which the insured person works at two or more establishments is designated "1."

Name (kana) 45 is the name of the insured person in kana, which is uniquely determined by selected business establishment number 41 and selected business establishment certificate number 43. Selected business establishment total salary amount 46 is the amount of the total monthly salary paid to the insured person with name (kana) 45 at the selected business establishment with selected business establishment number 41, for example in units of yen. Selected business establishment monthly amount 47 is the standard monthly remuneration paid to the insured person with name (kana) 45 at the selected business establishment with selected business establishment number 41, for example in units of one thousand yen. The standard monthly remuneration is not the total salary, but a monthly value calculated for each salary range based on the insurance premium table stipulated for each prefecture. The standard monthly remuneration is rounded to the same value within the same range.

The start date 48 is the start date of the affiliation of the insured person with name (kana) 45 to the selected business establishment with selected business establishment number 41. The end date 49 is the end date of the affiliation of the insured person with name (kana) 45 to the selected business establishment with selected business establishment number 41.

Selected workplace number 41 to end date 49... are types of information common to selected and non-selected workplaces, and include the gender, date of birth, and name (kanji) of the insured person whose name (kana) 45 is included. The change date 501 is the date of change of the salary information 50. The change date 502 is the date of change of the salary information of the insured person with the name (kana) 45 at the selected business establishment with the selected business establishment number 41. In the health insurance association system 1, basic insured information of insured persons belonging to the health insurance associations of the health insurance association system 1 is assumed to be stored in advance in the information management table 40 for insured persons at selected workplaces (selected workplaces) and the information management table 60 for insured persons at non-selected workplaces (non-selected workplaces).

Next, the business processing executed by the health insurance association server 10 of the health insurance association system 1 will be explained with reference to Figures 8 to 15.

In the health insurance association system 1, when a user of the health insurance association inputs an instruction to execute business processing via the operation unit 22 of the terminal device 20, the CPU 11 executes the business processing according to the business program P1 stored in the memory unit 15.

As shown in FIG. 8, first, the CPU 11 creates login screen information for the health insurance association and displays it on the display unit 24 (step S11). The CPU 11 then accepts input of a user ID and password from the user via the operation unit 22 (step S12). The CPU 11 then performs login authentication of the user based on whether the combination of user ID and password input in step S12 is in the user management table stored in the memory unit 15, and determines whether the login authentication is successful (step S13).

If the login authentication fails (step S13; NO), the process proceeds to step S12. If the login authentication is successful (step S13; YES), the CPU 11 creates menu screen information for the business process and displays it on the display unit 24 (step S14). The menu screen information is screen information that allows the selection and input of menu items such as salary information change, bonus information registration, and other processes such as insurance premium calculation, which will be described later.

The menu screen information in step S14 is, for example, menu screen information for displaying multiple menu screens in a hierarchical structure.
