Claims (10)
- ワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)であって、
ワークピース配列(4)を受ける駆動ギア(3)であって、主軸(2)を中心に回転可能な駆動ギア(3)と、
前記駆動ギア(3)上に配置された複数の駆動体(6)であって、それぞれ回転軸(5)を中心に回転可能であり、各々が駆動ピニオン(8)と、前記駆動ピニオン(8)と噛み合う内歯を備えた固定された駆動リングギア(9)とを有する駆動体(6)と
を含み、
前記回転軸(5)は、前記主軸(2)に平行に延び、前記主軸(2)に対して同心円状に延びる前記駆動ギア(3)の環状領域に配置されているので、前記駆動ギア(3)が前記駆動リングギア(9)に対して回転すると、前記駆動体(6)はそれぞれの回転軸(5)を中心に回転し、
前記駆動リングギア(9)は、前記主軸に垂直に広がる調整面(17)内にスライド可能に配置され、前記駆動体(6)は、それらの駆動ピニオン(8)と共に相互に関連して形成及び配置され、前記駆動リングギア(9)の駆動動作が動作中にすべての駆動ピニオン(8)に均等に伝達されるように、前記駆動リングギア(9)と前記駆動ピニオン(8)との間に作動クリアランス(S)が設けられている、ワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。 - 前記作動クリアランス(S)は、前記駆動ピニオン(8)及び前記駆動リングギア(9)の歯の幾何学的形状を熱切断工程で作ることができるように寸法決めされている、請求項1に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 前記熱切断工程はレーザ切断工程である、請求項2に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 前記調整面(17)は、前記駆動ギア(3)と前記駆動リングギア(9)との間に配置されたスライドリング(16)によって画定され、前記スライドリングは、前記調整面(17)において前記駆動リングギア(9)とスライド対を形成する、請求項1、2又は3に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 前記駆動体(6)はスリーブ形状であり、それぞれが前記駆動ギア(3)に固定された軸受ピン(11)に回転可能に取り付けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 軸受球(12)が前記駆動体(6)の内部で前記軸受ピン(11)と前記駆動体(6)との間に配置されている、請求項5に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 前記駆動ギア(3)は、垂直な駆動軸(24)上に配置されかつキャリアギア(25)に連結され、棒状のワークピースキャリア(23)が、それらの重量荷重が前記キャリアギア(25)を介して加えられ、前記駆動動作が前記駆動体(6)を介して加えられるように、前記キャリアギア(25)と前記駆動ギア(3)との間に連結されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 各ワークピースキャリア(23)が、上部サスペンション端に前記キャリアギア(25)に連結される懸架ヘッド(26)を有し、下部駆動端に前記駆動体(6)の駆動端に連動連結されかつ連帯回転のためにそれに連結される連結ヘッド(22)を有する、請求項7に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 前記懸架ヘッド(26)は、取り外し可能な連結ロッド(27)を介して前記駆動端に連結することができ、前記連結ロッド(27)は、前記ワークピースキャリアに配置されたワークピース(28)を貫通する、請求項8に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のワークピースキャリアデバイス(1)を含む塗装装置(10)。
