Description
Claims (17)
- 流体を脱臭及び殺菌する光触媒フィルター;
前記光触媒フィルターを固定するフレーム;及び
前記フレームと結合される光源部;を含み、
前記光源部は、
光源支持部材;及び
前記光源支持部材上に提供され、前記光触媒フィルター上に光を出射する複数の発光ダイオード;を含み、
前記フレームと前記光源支持部材は、前記光触媒フィルターと前記各発光ダイオードとを離隔させる形態で結合され、
前記光触媒フィルターと前記発光ダイオードとの間の距離L及び前記光触媒フィルターの幅Dに対して、D/Lは3.46~3.50で、
前記各発光ダイオードのそれぞれによる互いに異なる各光照射領域は、前記光触媒フィルターの少なくとも一部の領域上で重畳し、
前記フレームは、前記光源支持部材に結合された第2フレームと、当該第2フレームに結合された第1フレームとを有し、
前記第2フレームは、当該第2フレームの開口の内側方向に突出した形状を有する透明な第2エッジを有し、
前記第1フレームは、当該第1フレームの開口の内側方向に突出した形状を有する第1エッジを有し、
前記光触媒フィルターは、前記第1エッジと前記第2エッジとの間に固定される、流体処理装置。 - 前記光触媒フィルターは複数提供される、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。
- 複数の前記光触媒フィルターは同一平面上に提供される、請求項2に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記第1フレーム及び前記第2フレームは、それぞれ前記複数の光触媒フィルター間に提供されるバーを含む、請求項2に記載の流体処理装置。
- 複数の前記光触媒フィルター間の距離は前記バーの幅と同一である、請求項4に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードの指向角の大きさは120度以下である、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記光源支持部材は、複数提供され、
前記光源部は、前記複数の光源支持部材と結合される補助部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。 - 前記補助部材は、金属を含み、前記発光ダイオード及び前記光源支持部材から発生した熱を除去する、請求項7に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記光源部は、一つの前記光源支持部材上に提供される複数の前記発光ダイオードを含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。
- 流体を脱臭及び殺菌する光触媒フィルター;
前記光触媒フィルターを固定するフレーム;及び
前記フレームと結合される光源部;を含み、
前記光源部は、
光源支持部材;及び
前記光源支持部材上に提供され、前記光触媒フィルター上に光を出射する複数の発光ダイオード;を含み、
前記フレームと前記光源支持部材は、前記光触媒フィルターと前記各発光ダイオードとを離隔させる形態で結合され、
前記光触媒フィルターと前記発光ダイオードとの間の距離L及び前記光触媒フィルターの幅Dに対して、D/Lは3.46~3.50で、
前記各発光ダイオードのそれぞれによる互いに異なる各光照射領域は、前記光触媒フィルターの少なくとも一部の領域上で重畳し、
前記フレームは、前記フレームと前記光源支持部材とを連結する結合部材をさらに含み、
前記結合部材を用いて前記フレームと前記光源支持部材との間の距離を調節する、流体処理装置。 - 前記発光ダイオードは複数提供され、
前記複数の発光ダイオードは、前記光触媒フィルターを挟んで離隔して提供される、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。 - 前記光触媒フィルターは、
表面に光触媒物質がコーティングされて焼結された複数のビーズ;及び
前記各ビーズ間に配置された細孔;を含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。 - 前記ビーズは、アルミナ(Al2O3)、酸化ケイ素(SiO3)、ジルコニア(ZrO3)、窒化ケイ素(Si3N4)、炭化ケイ素(SiC)、及びこれらの組み合わせから選ばれた少なくとも一つを含む、請求項12に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記光触媒物質は、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、ジルコニア(ZrO2)、タングステン酸化物(WO3)、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、及び酸化スズ(SnO2)から選ばれた少なくとも一つを含む、請求項12に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードは、紫外線波長帯域を含む光を出射する、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記光触媒フィルターの方向に流体を送る送風装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。
- 前記光触媒フィルター及び前記光源部は、それぞれ複数提供され、
前記光触媒フィルター及び前記光源部は、交互に直列に配置された、請求項1に記載の流体処理装置。
