Description
23mLの水を2mLのTyzor TE(アルコール溶媒中の80質量%の有機チタン酸塩)と混合し、次いでその混合物を0.2mLのPTFEエマルジョン溶液(H2O中の60質量%分散液、Sigma 665800)と混合することによって、コーティング混合物を製造した。形成された溶液を振とうすることにより十分に混合した。このコーティング混合物は、未被覆のガラスバイアルを360℃で15分間置き、バイアルを室温まで冷却し、200mm/分の速度でバイアルをコーティング混合物で浸漬コーティングすることを含むプロセスによってガラスバイアルに施与した。その後、コーティング混合物が施与されたバイアルを、75℃で30分間、次いで420℃で30分間加熱した。加熱後、コーティングされたバイアルを室温まで冷却した。
実施例1のコーティングされたバイアルを、本明細書に記載の試験手順によって摩擦係数(COF)について試験した。6つのサンプル(サンプル1~6)は追加の加熱なしで試験し、6つの追加のサンプル(サンプル7~12)は335℃で6時間加熱した後(420℃で30分間硬化した後)に試験し、そして6つの追加のサンプル(サンプル13~18)は335℃で16時間加熱した後(420℃で30分間硬化した後)に試験した。この摩擦係数試験の結果は表1に示されている。コーティングされたバイアルの製造後に熱処理を受けたサンプルであっても、COFは比較的低い。
実施例1のコーティングされたバイアルを、走査型電子顕微鏡法によって観察した。バイアルを切断する(例えば割る)ことにより、断面図を示した。コーティングは約57.6nmの厚さを有していた。SEMは図4として示されている。
実施例1のコーティングされたバイアルを通して光透過率を測定した。コーティングされたバイアルを通る光の透過率は図5の線420として示されており、コーティングなしのバイアルの透過率は図5の線410として示されている。

前記水性コーティング混合物の少なくとも50質量%の量の水、

前記水と混和するか前記水とエマルジョンを形成する金属酸化物前駆体
を含有するものとするステップと、
前記水性コーティング混合物を加熱して、前記ガラス製品の前記第1の面上に金属酸化物とポリマーとを含むコーティングを形成するステップと
を含む、方法。

前記コーティングが、約0.7以下の摩擦係数を有する、実施形態1記載の方法。
前記水性コーティング混合物の前記ポリマーが、ポリイミド、ポリイミドアミド、またはポリアミック酸を含む、実施形態1記載の方法。
コーティングされた医薬品包装の製造方法であって、
ガラス容器の第1の面の少なくとも一部に水性コーティング混合物を施与するステップであって、前記水性コーティング混合物は、
前記水性コーティング混合物の少なくとも50質量%の量の水、

Claims (20)
- コーティングされたガラス製品の製造方法であって、
ガラス製品の第1の面の少なくとも一部に水性コーティング混合物を施与するステップであって、前記水性コーティング混合物は、
前記水性コーティング混合物の少なくとも60質量%の量の水、
前記水と混和するか前記水とエマルジョンを形成する、ポリマーまたはポリマー前駆体、および
前記水と混和するか前記水とエマルジョンを形成する金属酸化物前駆体
を含有するものとするステップと、
前記水性コーティング混合物を加熱して、前記ガラス製品の前記第1の面上に金属酸化物とポリマーとを含むコーティングを形成するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記コーティングされたガラス製品が、ガラス容器である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされたガラス容器が、医薬品包装である、請求項2記載の方法。
