Description
-突出及び/又は中空構造を有する少なくとも1つの彫込み部を含む射出成形型を準備するステップと、
-少なくとも1つのセラミック又はサーメット材料を準備するステップと、
-彫込み部の構造のネガティブ部である装飾部を備えるグリーン体を形成するため、前記少なくとも1つの材料を型の前記少なくとも1つの彫込み部に射出するステップと、
-半加工品を形成するため、グリーン体を焼結するステップと、
-物品を得るため、前記半加工品を仕上げるステップと
を含む。
-突出及び/又は中空構造を有する少なくとも1つの彫込み部を含む、上記した射出成形型を準備するステップと、
-少なくとも1つのセラミック又はサーメット材料を準備するステップと、
-彫込み部の構造のネガティブ部である装飾部を備えるグリーン体を形成するため、前記少なくとも1つの材料を型の彫込み部に射出するステップと、
-半加工品を形成するため、グリーン体を焼結するステップと、
-物品を得るため、半加工品を仕上げるステップと
を含む。

Claims (17)
- グリーン体(6)を構成する第1の部品(6a)および第2の部品(6b)を形成するための型を含み、これらの型は前記第1の部品(6a)および前記第2の部品(6b)のそれぞれの装飾部を形成するための彫込み部を備え、前記第1の部品(6a)の装飾部を形成するために使用される第1の彫込み部は突出構造(5)を有し、前記第2の部品(6b)の装飾部を形成するために使用される第2の彫込み部は開口を備える有底の中空構造(5)を有し、
前記突出構造(5)および前記中空構造(5)は、いずれも1つの要素、又はいくつかの個別要素(5a)から作製され、
前記第2の彫込み部の前記中空構造(5)は、前記第1の彫込み部の前記突出構造(5)のネガティブ部として形成される前記第1の部品(6a)の装飾部に対向して配設され、これにより、前記第2の部品(6b)の装飾部を形成するための空間が前記第1の部品(6a)の装飾部と前記第2の彫込み部とから形成されるように構成されている、射出成形型(3)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの要素(5a)は、1.5mm以下、好ましくは1mm、より好ましくは0.5mmの少なくとも1つの寸法を有し、前記寸法は、それぞれの突出若しくは開口を備える有底の中空要素(5a)の最小高さ(h)又は深さ、及び前記高さ(h)若しくは深さに横断する平面内で前記要素(5)の2つの対向する面を隔てる最小距離(d)から選択することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成形型(3)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの寸法は、1mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の射出成形型(3)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの寸法は、0.5mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の射出成形型(3)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの要素(5a)は、前記要素(5a)における隣接する2つの側壁面間の接合部が横断平面内において0.1mm以下の曲率半径Rを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形型(3)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの要素(5a)は、前記要素(5a)における隣接する2つの側壁面間の接合部が横断平面内において0.06mm以下の曲率半径Rを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形型(3)。
- 射出によってセラミック又はサーメット物品を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
-請求項1から6に記載の射出成形型(3)を準備するステップと、
-セラミック又はサーメットからなる少なくとも1つの材料を準備するステップと、
-前記彫込み部の構造(5)のネガティブ部である装飾部(2)を備えるグリーン体(6)を形成するため、前記少なくとも1つの材料を前記射出成形型(3)の前記彫込み部(4)に射出するステップと、
-半加工品を形成するため、前記グリーン体(6)を焼結するステップと、
-前記物品を得るため、前記半加工品を仕上げるステップと
を含む、製造方法。 - 2つの異なる材料であって、前記第1の部品(6a)を形成するために前記第1の彫込み部に射出される第1の材料、及び前記第2の部品(6b)を形成するために前記第1の材料によって形成された前記第1の部品(6a)の装飾部を通じて前記第2の彫込み部に射出される第2の材料を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 前記グリーン体(6)の前記第1の部品(6a)は、前記第1の部品(6a)の厚み方向へ貫通する複数の凹部(7)を含み、前記凹部(7)の一部は、空隙からなる前記第1の部品(6a)の装飾部を形成し、残りの前記凹部(7)は、少なくとも1つの開口(8)を形成し、前記第2の材料は、前記開口(8)へ射出されたのち前記第1の部品(6a)の装飾部を形成する前記凹部(7)を通過して前記第2の彫込み部に流入することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記開口(8)は、前記グリーン体(6)の前記第1の部品(6a)の一部分上に存在し、前記一部分は、前記半加工品を仕上げるステップの間に除去することを意図することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第1の材料及び前記第2の材料は、色が異なることを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記射出ステップの間、前記彫込み部(4)は、50℃から170℃、好ましくは、60℃から150℃の間に含まれる温度まで加熱し、前記彫込み部(4)の構造(5)への材料の完全な充填を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項7から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記仕上げステップは、研磨及び/又は機械加工ステップであり、機械加工ステップは、突出する装飾部の少なくとも1つの要素(2a)の隆起部を除去し、前記要素(2a)の上面と前記要素(2a)の側部との間の接合部に縁部を生成することを特徴とする、請求項7から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2の部品(6b)の内径部が中空となるように切断することで基部(10)を生成し、前記第1の部品(6a)の内径部が中空となるように切断することで上側部品(11)を生成することを特徴とする、請求項8から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記基部(10)および前記上側部品(11)は、少なくとも2つの別個の色から形成され、第1の色の装飾部(2)は、第2の色の背景上に突出するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記基部(10)は、第1の色をもつ前記第2の材料から作製されかつ突出装飾部(2)を備え、前記基部(10)は、第2の色をもつ前記第1の材料から作製された前記上側部品(11)によって覆われ、前記上側部品(11)は、前記基部(10)の装飾部(2)と相補形状の貫通した凹部(7)を備え、前記上側部品(11)は、前記凹部(7)に前記基部(10)の装飾部(2)が貫通することによりこの装飾部(2)が自身より上に突出した状態で前記基部(10)の上に重なり、これにより、サーメット又はセラミック物品が作製されることを特徴とする、請求項8を間接的に引用する請求項15に記載の製造方法。
- 前記サーメット又はセラミック物品は、中間部品、裏蓋、ベゼル、プッシュピース、バンド連結部、文字板、針、文字板の目盛り、振動質量体、及び板を含むリストから選択される外側部品又はムーブメントの時計構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の製造方法。
